Simple, cute, early 1900’s cottage (about 750 square feet) on almost 18 acres with everything you need. High speed internet, and a 55” Smart TV with Chromecast. There's also a washer and dryer!
Air conditioning is window units and heat is electric baseboard.

The kitchen is equipped with a set of dishes, silverware, cookware, oven with 4 burner range, full size refrigerator, microwave, k-cup single cup coffee maker, 4 cup drip coffee maker, toaster, Foreman grill, and charcoal outdoor grill. In the family room is a 55” smart TV and DVD player.
Relax out on the wrap around covered front porch! If a rain shower comes through, listen to it on the tin roof! There’s also a fire pit for guests who would like to build a campfire in the evening. A short hike to the hill at the back of the property will give you amazing views on a clear day, as well as breathtaking sunsets. Wildlife sightings are very common; we have seen deer, turkey, rabbits, groundhogs, and even skunks. Very quiet country setting.
*There is a security camera on a large outbuilding near the house for the safety of our property and guests.
