Our cute and cozy Carriage House is ready and waiting for you and your dog on your next trip to our amazing small town. Featuring a complete remodel in 2021, our Carriage House has everything you need to stay in style. Walk into the airy space through your own private entrance and relax in the open living area. Catch the big game on the Smart TV or whip up dinner in the decked out kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances. When you're ready to rest and reset, head to the Queen Master bedroom featuring crisp, cool bedding and a spa-like ensuite bathroom. The best part - our Carriage House is pet-friendly for one dog, we'll even provide the bowls!

The Cozy Cottage in Forest City is clean and well maintained. The location is close to Forest City and the owner/manager is extremely nice and very responsive to questions. This is my 4th stay and I plan to return next year.

Location was great! 4 miles from my daughters home. Across the street from her in-laws. The front has amazing rock facade! Rooms were large and spacious! Shower was large! I plan on using this in the future if needed!

It’s a great cottage in the downtown area that is a short walk to many restaurants and shops. This property is well appointed and very well maintained. The hosts are great folks and do a nice job maintaining their guest cottage. We have stayed here multiple times and always enjoy our visits.

Lovely little carriage house

Newly renovated, very chic, quiet and safe carriage house behind historical home. Right off the main drag so convenient to downtown Forest City restaurants. Owner has done a nice job...big bedroom, walk in shower with beautiful tile, lots of amenities in the new kitchen. My little dog enjoyed walking the shady streets of the neighborhood. Very very nice.

Absolutely amazing house! My friend and I had an amazing stay thanks to Mallory and her beautiful home. It is in a perfect location with a cute downtown area just right down the road. The home was exactly as described. Every little detail in this home was well thought and personalized. She had everything you could need! Would absolutely stay here if you are needing someone in this area. Already planning another trip to go back!
