Our cute and cozy Carriage House is ready and waiting for you and your dog on your next trip to our amazing small town. Featuring a complete remodel in 2021, our Carriage House has everything you need to stay in style. Walk into the airy space through your own private entrance and relax in the open living area. Catch the big game on the Smart TV or whip up dinner in the decked out kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances. When you're ready to rest and reset, head to the Queen Master bedroom featuring crisp, cool bedding and a spa-like ensuite bathroom. The best part - our Carriage House is pet-friendly for one dog, we'll even provide the bowls!

Super cute & cozy weekend getaway!

Perfect Quiet Retreat

I only wish I could’ve stayed longer! Beautiful space, pristine with brand new appliances, really comfortable bed & quiet location for a peaceful getaway - the carriage house was a perfect spot for my quick overnight, and only 15 mins to Tryon Equestrian Center for the event I was attending. Can’t recommend this property enough! Thank you Mallory for a great stay!

Absolutely amazing house! My friend and I had an amazing stay thanks to Mallory and her beautiful home. It is in a perfect location with a cute downtown area just right down the road. The home was exactly as described. Every little detail in this home was well thought and personalized. She had everything you could need! Would absolutely stay here if you are needing someone in this area. Already planning another trip to go back!

Lovely, comfortable Carriage House

The Carriage House is lovely, modern, well appointed and very comfortable. The property was clean and well organized. Communication was excellent. The location was walking distance to downtown as well as the Rail-Trail. We highly recommend this property to others.

The Cozy Cottage in Forest City is clean and well maintained. The location is close to Forest City and the owner/manager is extremely nice and very responsive to questions. This is my 4th stay and I plan to return next year.

Location was great! 4 miles from my daughters home. Across the street from her in-laws. The front has amazing rock facade! Rooms were large and spacious! Shower was large! I plan on using this in the future if needed!

Lovely little carriage house

Newly renovated, very chic, quiet and safe carriage house behind historical home. Right off the main drag so convenient to downtown Forest City restaurants. Owner has done a nice job...big bedroom, walk in shower with beautiful tile, lots of amenities in the new kitchen. My little dog enjoyed walking the shady streets of the neighborhood. Very very nice.

The Cozy Carriage House in Forest City, NY was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and well maintained. I didn’t use the kitchen much, but it was well appointed and reasonably well stocked for incidentals. Everything worked well. I will return in the future!

Super Place & Very Friendly Owners

Close enough to town to park the car and walk to Dining Places, plus to take the Carriage Ride through town to see all the Christmas Lights & mingle with so many friendly people from different areas. The Christmas Spirit has really arrived in Forest City, NC. !!!! Oh, back to the Lodging, owner met us as we arrived with a smile on her face, showed us the ends and outs of the Lodging which is seperate from their home, but is super clean and comfy.

Cozy Carriage House

We wanted to share how incredibly cute this carriage house is along with being very clean. Mallory, the owner, was very responsive and friendly to any communication or needs. We will definitely be back on our next travels to North Carolina.

Lovely but challenging

This place is lovely yet not conducive to every body condition. The step down and step up created difficulty for my husband with a bad back. Also the sofa and softness of the bed made comfort unattainable. Otherwise this is a great place for the physically vibrant and VERY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED.

A wonderful place to stay!

We stayed here for a wedding downtown and couldn't be more pleased! It was the perfect location for our different events. The house was spacious, clean, and beautiful, every detail was perfect. The ottoman was large enough for our 3rd guest to sleep comfortably. Our dog enjoyed his stay as well! The host was friendly and quick to respond. Couldn't recommend this place more.
