We had a great time at the cabin! It was very peaceful. We enjoyed looking in the creek for small creatures. Our dog enjoyed swimming in the creek as well! The hot tub was lovely in the evenings! We made some easy meals at the house and also had dinner in Lake Lure one night. It was nice to get out of the city for a weekend!

The cabin and location was beautiful. The sound of the bubbling creek was so relaxing. Quiet and peaceful for a relaxing vacation. The hot tub is a nice touch (but needs a lift arm to help with taking the cover on and off). If you need a quiet peaceful spot, then this is it!

It was a little piece of heaven! Exactly what we were looking for. Secluded, peaceful, surrounded by beautiful woods, a creek, and a lake. The only thing that could have made it better is the shower was not clean and the bed was a little hard to sleep on. Other than that, we are grateful for the weekend we spent and would do it again

Sorry you were disappointed in the shower. I’ll review this with housekeeper. As for the bed, each guest has preferences for bed comfort, which we cannot satisfy every one. All bed clothes are laundered after each stay.
