Perfect get-a-way for a couple, easy access, close to Ingles for last minute provisions, open air front porch and screened in back porch, both perfect for morning coffee, afternoon reading, evening cocktails. very accommodating and responsive host, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beeding and seeting. Even has blue tooth speakers on the front porch! For a relaxing few days you can't go wrong!

This cabin is amazing! It was so cute! All the amenities you would need and a great well equipped kitchen. Beautiful woodworking by the owner Carl, who showed us around & explained how everything worked. It was a quiet retreat in the woods but close to town. Everything was spotless & we hope to visit again.

Overall great experience!!If you need a nice quiet weekend out of town this is the cabin! Great restaurants near by and 15mins from Chimney Rock if you want to go shopping or hike. There's a small beach access close by and other activities to do. But to be honest the back porch is the reason to not go anywhere its perfect for you and your partner to play music and play games and just spend time with each other. Mr. Carl will make sure there's enough fire wood for you to make your fire and let me tell you, if you are not roasting a honey bun over the fire you are not living your vacation right lol. Thank you so much we will most definitely be back!!

Most perfect little get away! The host was very friendly and helpful. The place was quaint and has the most comfortable bed EVER! Very relaxing and peaceful. The place is beautiful and has lots to do nearby. We went to chimney rock and then went into town and grabbed lunch before relaxing at the house. 10/10 will recommend to anyone and already looking at our calendar to see when we can come back!

Host was amazing and very friendly. His communication is excellent not only did he communicate before our stay he checked in to make sure everything was good after. Highly recommend. Cabin is very comfy, neat, well organized, and clean. Kitchen had everything you need to fix any home meal you can imagine. Will stay again!

It was a gorgeous house with fantastic amenities. I really loved all the fun lights and the custom wood work was extremely impressive. Super close to Ingles with walking/hiking super close too. Lake lure is such a lovely place and this was a great home to stay at!

Everyone has a nervous feeling when they rent a hotel or vrbo. Its natural to be worried a certain property meets your expectations. Carl was a great host. His propery was clean and very well organized. We liked all of the little items on hand at the cabin. It was priced affordable and was a stress free overnight rental from beginning to end. Great place if your looking for a gem!
