We stayed from Christmas Eve thru the 29th. We had a very relaxing time. I will say if it snows, the road the cabin is on is steep. When the host says get travelers insurance, if it’s going to snow do that!! Also because there is some roads still closed due to Helene, gps wants to take you down some dead end roads, especially if your trying to get to chimney rock. We weren’t fans of the beds but that is just because we love our bed at home. The couch is super comfy. The host answered any questions and concerns we had immediately. We would definitely stay again. It’s pretty close to just about everything while still being out in the countryside.

Nice stay had some miscommunication of the lock box, that finally got resolved after a call to Richard set us back a little bit , the spa tub was nice but had a little bit of a mildew smell , the driveway was a little bet of a challenge trying not to drop off it and cause vehicle damage

WE change the water and add chemicals after each renter. The driveway is circular and has red reflectors along the edge.
Beautiful cabin-It was comfortable,peaceful, cozy.
Easy drive to stores, local restaurants, apple orchards, hiking trails and waterfalls that the owner suggested which was very helpful. We enjoyed it all.
The house was very clean and in a quiet location. It was convenient to many different parks and an easy drive for supplies, entertainment, and dining. A wonderful place to stay!
Enjoyed our stay..Everything needed was supplied...Hot tub was enjoyable altho not all jets worked and porch area was dirty with dust and leaves..would recommend better lighting also....Hendersonville is a beautiful city and well worth the visit.
Just finished our second stay and planning to stay again next year. Location is perfect, so much to do within an hours drive. Hiking trails, breweries, great restaurants etc. would defiantly recommend.
Loved the cabin and perfect location for hiking at bearwallow and a little over an hour to Mount Mitchell. Will be back to explore more trails in the area.
Worst VRBO experience ever! Home owner gave us the wrong code for lock box. Unable to access the property and had to go get a hotel at midnight. The next day homeowner called us with the correct lockbox number and offered to “split the difference” for the night we were unable to use. Thankfully VRBO representative understood our dilemma and refunded the full amount from the night we were unable to use. After we got home from trip home owner filed a false claim of damage to a rug for over 500! Completely ruined our Thanksgiving trip. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT book from this homeowner AT ALL!!!

It's true the wrong code somehow was given, it's been corrected. I was more than willing to refund the night stay. I thought all was good until my cleaner sent me a picture of the carpet with a six inch stain that could not be cleaned. I put a claim for $85.00.
So not only did they ruin a carpet they lied about it.
