Wonderful stay, clean and comfortable! We enjoyed the fire pit area but didn’t use the hot tub. Check in and check out was super easy! Definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing Stay in Fairview!

This was one of my favorite places I have stayed. The location is wonderful, close to Asheville and the Biltmore but in the mountains in a beautiful secluded setting with amazing views. The space is modern and cozy, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We used the hot tub on the deck every day which was so relaxing after hiking and being busy each day. There were many thoughtful touches, what wonderful hosts!

Loved the little red barn!

We loved this spot for our family with the fire pit, views of the mountains and the little touches by the host. There were games and movies for the kids, essential oil sprays in the bathroom and bedrooms and some cookies in the fridge. We would definitely stay again!

Relaxing and enjoyable

Accommodations were excellent. It was quiet and the fire pit was great. Our last day we spent several hours enjoying the fire pit. We roasted hotdogs and had a picnic by the fire. We went to the Biltmore Estate and Billy Graham Library. Both places were amazing.

Comfortable mountain getaway close to Asheville

The place is clean, charming, and comfortable with wonderful amenities. The listing and photos were accurately represented. Mary was a kind and attentive host. Although it's outside of Asheville, traveling to and from was quick and easy. Highly recommend.

Weekend in Asheville

We stopped in the Asheville area for a weekend on our way to Hilton Head. We chose this area because friends live nearby and we wanted to tour Biltmore. Our stay was pleasant and the house was immaculate. The only things that we missed were tissues and adequate storage for our clothes. Although one bedroom has a huge closet with shelves, there is not a storage option in the master. A small dresser and a clothing rack of some sort would be nice so you don't have to "live out of your suitcase" for the duration of your stay. Boxes of tissues in the bathrooms and bedrooms would have been a nice touch. Mary does provide other nice touches such as cookie dough for you to bake your own cookies, games, puzzles, room sprays, and shower needs. Be prepared for the steep drive up the mountain. Thank goodness my husband was with us, he mastered the driveway, I would have been quite nervous doing it on my own. I would definitely recommend staying here. It is centrally loated to Chimney Rock, Downtown Asheville, and Biltmore.

Beautiful cabin with a great view. Mary was an excellent host, answering all communications quickly. Mary went out of her way to help us get around an unexpected road closure. The cabin is remote but not far from amenities. We were excited by a surprise visit from a bobcat! I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet, mountain getaway.

We loved our stay here!! It was the perfect retreat for us while in the area for a wedding in Asheville (which was an easy drive of 24 minutes away). We enjoyed the quiet and beauty of the home. It feels brand new and has been decorated with welcoming care. The extras were appreciated: cookies, chips and coffee for us to enjoy and it was nice to not have to do a lot before checkout. Communication was easy with the owner. My husband enjoyed his time in the hot tub- very clean. And I loved having coffee on the deck with the fall views. The space was bigger than expected and we loved the comfy beds and new furniture. It was wonderful! 100% recommending to others!

I recently stayed at this cabin for the weekend, and it was absolutely fantastic. The cabin itself was spotless from top to bottom, and the attention to detail was truly impressive. The view alone was priceless—waking up to it each morning was unforgettable.The Jacuzzi was sparkling clean and perfect for relaxing. Both bathrooms were in excellent condition with great hot water pressure, and the beds were extra soft and incredibly comfortable.The location couldn’t have been better—easy to get to, yet tucked away for peace and quiet. It was just a short drive to downtown Asheville and the Biltmore, making it the perfect balance of convenience and seclusion.Overall, this cabin exceeded every expectation. I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back!

we had a wonderful stay at the red barn! the home was very clean (clean enough for a 1 year old to crawl all over the place, ha!) and comfortable. Check in was very simple, minimal check out to-do list. We were welcomed with a hand written letter, fresh flowers and some snacks! Communication with the host was quick, and clear. The home was perfect for my husband, myself and our one year old son. There was a provided high-chair and pack n play as well. mattresses were very comfortable. We would book again!
