Very clean and cozy cabin. The back porch was wonderful and we spent most of our time at the cabin sitting on it. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
The cabin was a cozy size, fantastic views from the covered porch. Will definitely remember for future visits to the area. Landon and Benny were easy to communicate with and kind hosts.
Overall great stay, had a blast in the Hendersonville/Asheville area. Only thing that stood out to me was that the hot water would run out pretty quick, but after waiting 30 minutes or so it would be back so not that big of a deal. The shower had great water pressure and everything worked well overall, great stay!
This property is situated in a secluded area surrounded by beautiful nature. The property owners are quick to respond to your text messages or phone calls. Very friendly people. This was my second time renting this particular place and I am sure it will not be the last.
This was our second trip to the property in lovely Apple Valley area. Secluded setting was the perfect romantic getaway for us. Peaceful and restorative cabin, well equipped for cooking, enjoyed waking up to bird song, back porch overlooks an apple orchard and we reveled in sunset scenes including fireflies at night. There’s a winery on the other side of Green Mnt called Stone Ashe highly recommend exploring the area. Hendersonville is adorable, the painted bear statues, art galleries, restaurants and Pinball Museum are highlights along with nearby Brevard and hiking trails like Moore Cove Falls. Gifted a painting of the cabin to the owner, she is an amazing host and trips to her place are inspirational each time. Highly recommend treating yourself to this hidden gem, book it!!
Perfect amount of space for my husband and I and our dogs, with a well cared for pasture for off leash frolics. The hosts were pleasant and accommodating and made an excellent restaurant recommendation! 10/10
My wife and I really enjoyed staying at this little cabin with our two dogs. The back porch was so relaxing with great view of an apple orchard and distance mountain. The cabin was clean and had everything needed to make it a convenient stay. There was also a pasture we were able to use and let our dogs run around on. Overall an excellent place to stay while in Henderson county.
This spot was perfect for my wife, myself, and our dog!
Wonderful view of the orchard from the back porch, and a great fenced in pasture to let the dog run around off-leash.
We spent our days exploring the area, then would grab some local beer and cider and spend every evening sitting on the back porch. We’re pretty sure we heard a bear, (saw three others at other places during our trip), and definitely saw some sort of fox or coyote.
The cabin itself is relatively small, but very comfortable, well equipped, and everything you need for a few days stay. Landen and Benny were very communicative and friendly, check in was a breeze. Highly recommend!
This cabin and the owners were fantastic! Benny met us when we checked in to give us the rundown on the cabin as well as tell us about the town and give us some restaurant recommendations (which were also great!). They even left us a gift card for a local donut and coffee shop. If you're looking for a quiet weekend in the mountains near lots of fun activities, this is a great spot!
We stayed for a conference that was close in the area. Host was responsive and pleasant. Cabin was perfect for what we needed. Bed and fold out couch were both comfortable.
We were looking for a quiet weekend getaway & this was perfect! Even better because it is pet friendly & our pup had a whole fenced pasture to race & run in!
Close to attraction. Chimney Rock and lack lure was about 20 mins away. Lots of Apple orchards. Huge pumpkin patch. (When in season). The cutest country road right to Ashville without the highway. This is a GREAT location!
Or, you can just stay tucked away in the mountains. Cute miniature horses on the property. Lovely vacation destination!!!
This cabin was wonderful. It’s in a beautiful location near enough to Asheville, Hendersonville, and hiking, but far enough away to feel in the country. The hosts were very nice and helpful.
My husband and I came for a few days of sun, leaf peeping, and apple picking. We had a great time ! . The cabin was just right for us. The porch was relaxing after hiking. Lots of good food and drinks in Hendersonville.
Awesome Cabin!
Host was great and the cabin was comfortable and clean! Walk the property and admire the apple orchard and beautiful wildflowers or visit with the miniature horses. Cabin is perfect for 2-4 people and has everything you could need. Enjoy evenings on the back deck and watch the fireflies after a day at Lake Lure or Chimney Rock. Location is also about an hour’s drive from Asheville and Knoxville. Highly recommend this cabin and can’t wait to return!
Peaceful cabin retreat was just what we needed. This place is nestled in nature, private porch overlooks an apple orchard, forrest and distant mountains. Owners were super helpful with recommendations of the area. Nearby attractions and town of Hendersonville were fun to explore. Will definitely make a return trip. Highly recommend for those looking for some time off grid. Treat yourself!
Overall I can say it is priced fairly for the area but feels like a lot for what it is. It is a tight space even for two people. The back porch gives a nice privacy-in-the-woods feel.
We had a great time during our stay. We loved the front porch and our dog loved run in the back of the property. The location is close to Hendersonville and Asheville. The property is very clean and well cared for. Thank you!
