We had an amazing stay and will definitely go back. The owners were very responsive, checking periodically on if we needed anything and addressed any questions almost immediately through the vrbo messaging platform.

The home was exactly as described and the location was so quiet and peaceful which was exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen was well equipped with whatever we needed for our stay. Glen was quick to respond to any questions i had. We were there for a relaxing but also hiking and site seeing adventure and we got the relaxation at Hikers Hideaway. We will definitely stay there again.

The cabin is awesome, and there is so many things to do in the area. We went to the Chimney Rock State Park, Catawba falls, The Biltmore Estate, the Great Smokey Mountains National Park, the Blue Ridge Parkway and many great places to eat like “Vinnie’s” Italian restaurant.

Well maintained, clean, comfortable, remote, and quiet. Great covered porch and a fire pit, lots of outdoor trails and activities in the area. May want a 4WD/AWD vehicle to get up the road, though a surefooted driver could easily do it in a 2WD (we never needed 4WD). We liked that we could support the local economy (Chimney Rock, Lake Lure) after Hurricane Helene. We would definitely stay there again.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation at Glen & Min at Hendersonville NC mountains. This cabin is such a beautiful and serene place - clean & spacious. One of the most beautiful cabin in the mountains with breathtaking views. Amazing host who always responded promptly and was extremely helpful. I would to come back and stay in this cabin hopefully in the Fall.
