Cabin was very clean and private. All the conveniences needed were there kitchen was well equiped. It is centrally located to many attractions including Pisgah Forest, Dupont State Park, and Hendersonville. We enjoyed our get- away and would rent again. .

Beautiful cabin in the woods with all necessary amenities. Excellent host and cleanly. Very relaxing for our family of four. Narrow staircase and low cieling in the loft but fun for kids.

The property was amazing. We had rain every day of the stay, but that didn't impact us a lot. Sitting in a hot tub, in the rain, for hours is a great way to spend the day.The cabin was great and very close to Asheville for trips out of the hills.

My husband, our two teenagers, and I stayed here for three days, and it was absolutely wonderful and relaxing. We loved seeing several deer that came right into the backyard, which made our stay feel even more special. We were able to have a small fire in the fire pit to roast marshmallows. The upstairs room was a fun and cozy space for our 15-year-old daughter, and the hot tub was a fantastic bonus that we thoroughly enjoyed. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a few simple meals. The coffee pot was great, too. The bathroom was clean and towels were provided which was nice. The wifi was good and we were able to watch our favorite streaming apps with no problem. Check-in and check-out instructions were reasonable and easy to follow. Hugh was very attentive and responsive to our needs throughout our visit. We had a great experience overall.

The cabin was quiet and cozy and plenty of room for a small family. The only issues were the ice maker doesn't work and the on/off knob was stuck to turn on the gas grill.It took the hot tub a few hours but it was nice once it heated up . Overall it was very peaceful and we enjoyed our stay.

Sharon and I were both born and raised in this area. We have either lived in this cabin or next door for the past 35 years. We've raised 3 kids, with two still in college. We own two businesses in the area, plus this cabin.

Why they chose this property

Relaxation is the key to any good vacation. This place has plenty of that!

What makes this property unique

Seclusion. On any given day you will have 5-10 deer walk through your front yard. The Brevard area which is 15 minutes away is home of the white squirrels and abundant waterfalls. . We have a family of white squirrels on the mountain. Be on the lookout while you are here. Wild turkey abound all over the mountain. All of this and you still can be to the grocery store or airport in less than 10 minutes...
