The house is on Ocean Throughway which is one of Ocean Grove s little known secrets. A quiet street running alongside the dunes next to a great beach. Out back is a beautiful outlook over the Begola wetlands from the lounge/dining room and veranda.
As you are also only a 10-15 minute walk from Ocean Grove s main street with it s shops, cafes and restaurants your car may never leave the garage.

The house is fully self contained with all the comforts of home.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, bedroom 2 a Double bed and bedroom 3 a single bed.
Bedrooms1 and 2 have large built-in wardrobes and glass doors overlooking the gardens. Bedroom 3 has a chest of drawers and desk as it doubles as a study.
The spacious, largely open plan, kitchen, lounge and dining areas overlook the Begola wetlands and include the following features/ameninites: Gable ceiling, Gas log fire, TV/DVD player, fridge, dishwasher, aircon, stove/oven, microwave, ceiling fans, stereo, fully equipped kitchen. (no wifi)
The house also includes an outdoor BBQ area, a comfortable bathroom and seperate toilet. A seperate laundry includes a washing machine, ironing equipment and wash basin.
The garage has room for two small cars and contains surfboards, a pushbike, a table tennis table and other sporting/recreation equipment. There is a large open grassed area between the house and the wetlands to throw a frisbee, fly a kite, kick a footy or just sit and watch the birdlife.

The property is ideally suited to a family or 1-2 couples.

- Walk or ride around the Begola wetlands and view the birdlife on the lake. .
