Awesome ocean front deck with incredible views to your enjoy morning coffee along with amazing sunrises!

This place was great for our family if 6. It was clean, well stocked and best of all right next to the beach. Just a walk down and up some stairs, and you are at Fenwick beach. Less crowded than Bethany, and we were able to do some fishing and caught a lot! Communication is with Long and Foster so not as quick, but they did get back to us with answers to questions. Walls are thin, but manageable and neighbors were considerate. Lots of restaurants and dessert places nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

The Shoals Beachfront on Fenwick Island

We loved the condo, its covered porch and being on the beach was wonderful!! The only problem was we were not able to operate the TV in the living room and we missed local news with our morning coffee. Instructions would be helpful. Other than that, this place was a winner and we are considering renting again!!

The condo unit was clean, the furniture was in good condition and comfortable and the unit was well decorated. The location is fantastic and the beach access couldn't be easier. We had no issues with parking as there was a space marked for the unit plus other open unmarked spaces. The only issue we had was the noise from the unit above as you can hear just about every step taken on the floor above. Other than the noise upstairs this condo was perfect.
