Beth's Breakaways is so pleased to offer this beautiful home situated in Chateau Cove. Our home is near everything Branson is known for, with beautiful views of Table Rock Lake, a lovely community pool, a trail to the lake, and a home decked out for your family fun. Located just off of Hwy 265 near the Chateau on the Lake, 5 miles from Silver Dollar City, 5 minutes from the 76 Strip (Branson's Entertainment District), 4 miles to State Park Marina, Table Rock State Park, and many other popular attractions.

PERFECT FOR FAMILIES
Our lodge caters to all ages, but we are undoubtedly perfect for families or church retreats or corporate retreats. Lakin' It Easy not only sleeps 21 but also has dining for 21 in the main great room. For those traveling with young children, we've made it a point to try and help families travel light by providing a portable crib and highchair.

KITCHENS
Our kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need for your group. From the Ninja blender, Calphalon pots and pans, and a full supply of dishes, glassware, serving bowls. It's all there.

IN-HOME ENTERTAINMENT
We provide many in-home entertainment options: a pool table, PS4, board games and an arcade machine that houses several hundred games.

LAKE ACTIVITIES
Table Rock Lake is Missouri's premier lake for beauty, water activities, and family fun. Spend the day relaxing in the sand of Moonshine Beach which is just a few miles away or drop your anchor in Chateau Cove and join your family from the lodge for a swim, or tube or wakeboard with a boat rented from the nearby State Park Marina. Table Rock Lake has everything you're looking for to enjoy a perfect day out on the water!

For only $5 a carload you can take the whole family to Moonshine Beach. This is by far our favorite place to come and relax with friends and family while enjoying the lake. The beach is protected from boat traffic, creating a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. There are covered picnic areas, grills, a big playground.

If you haul down your own watercraft you can store it at the State Park Marina just a quick 4 miles away. State Park Marina also does boat rentals!

AREA ATTRACTIONS
Whether on land, air or water, there are lots of ways to entertain yourself in Branson! Enjoy playing at Table Rock Lake, visit Silver Dollar City, explore one of the fun museums, race the kids in go karts, play a round at one of the many local golf courses, indulge in some retail therapy with a great day of shopping, enjoy a visit to a local winery, fly over the Ozarks in a helicopter, or soar on a zip line. If you re in the mood to relax, plan a tranquil day at any one of the luxurious spas.

Great retreat for family

Family Get Away

6 couples 50 (siblings and their spouses) on a short get-away. We were all thrilled with the house. It was clean, comfortable, and close to everything. All couples were able to have a king bed with their own bath. We sat on the deck and looked at the water, played games, and just enjoyed our time. Beds were great. All commented on how well they slept. Beth is the best. We will book with her again!!

Great Stay For Mother's 80th Birthday

Our multigenerational family had a great time in Branson. Although the weather was cold, the house was plenty big enough - the grandkids were downstairs in the game room, the others upstairs enjoying basketball on the tv. One of the best things is the size of the table which allowed all 12 of us to eat together. It was a great weekend.

We have a tradition of staying in Branson together for Christmas. We love a big house because there is 13 of us and we like to be together. Lakin It Easy is a great house. Owner is very responsive if needed. The house was clean and well stocked.

Kids spring break

Check in was easy. Well stocked kitchen that had all the dishes, pots, pans etc. that we needed. Comfortable and a quiet area. Plenty of room for our group of 18 ranging in ages from 1 to 62. Kids enjoyed playing pool against their parents. Easy and quick access to Branson attractions. Great view and beautiful sunsets.

Lakin’ It Easy

We enjoyed our time here and will likely return again. The listing was accurate and Beth was easy to communicate with and she resolved a maintenance issue very promptly. The lake view was nice and the community is already built out so there isn’t any construction noise like in some communities in the area. Most of Branson’s activities were nearby and food delivery had tons of options. Our feet and our kids feet were black from being in the house barefoot but besides that we were very happy with our stay.

School Faculty get-away

We had 15 teachers that came up from Arkansas to attend Esther at Sight and Sound. Our stay was PERFECT. We had room to spread out and play table games and play ping pong and Corn hole! Some of us hit the pool which was conveniently right next door to our house. We ordered pizza for dinner and had space to all sit down together for a meal. We sat both outside and inside in the morning for coffee and breakfast. It was the perfect space for us to connect and have a ball. It was clean, updated, spacious, accommodating and cozy. We’d highly recommend it to anyone.

What a wonderful property with a ton of amenities! Great location. Only issue we had was the girls were still mopping at 4 when we were there ready to check in. We walked into the property with a horrible stench of vinegar we sprayed to get that cleaned out before the rest of the group showed up. We needed to press our clothes for family photos and the iron was missing a knob. Otherwise everything was remarkable what a wonderful location and time were had!!

Four generations enjoyed Lakin' It Easy together!

Two great grandparents, two grandparents, two aunts, two couples with three children under age 4 between them and a bride and groom...Lakin' It Easy was the perfect house for us to stay in for our daughter's January wedding! Two bedrooms upstairs, two on the main level, and three in the lower level was a perfect way to be together but have space. The walk-in shower in the left bedroom on the main level was perfect for my parents and the tubs in the other bathrooms were perfect for my grandkids. It was wonderful that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Two living areas made it possible for quiet conversations and more upbeat fun to happen simultaneously. The indoor pool was a big hit, as was the hot tub and large deck. Beth was extremely helpful and responded immediately to emails. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time, the property was clean and well maintained. We get together every couple of years for a vacation with family. We have 9 adults and 6 kids so we need a rather large place to accommodate. This property gave everyone their own space and had plenty of things to keep the kids busy. I also appreciated how level the parking and entrance to the property was, this becomes more and more important as we get older. I would definitely recommend this property and working with Beth, we have stayed with her throughout the years and she does a great job.

Lakin’ It Easy was the perfect accommodation for our family get-away. I began my business 14 years ago, doing just what you are doing, looking for the perfect place to stay. Only I had waited too long, called and called and emailed and emailed, and could not find a spot. So I decided to buy a home and rent it out. What began as a problem was one of the biggest blessings in my life, because now I own or manage 34 properties in the Branson area. And I have the privilege of working with the most amazing people. I have wonderful repeat guests that stay with me again and again, who are now my dear friends. And I continue to get to work with new people! I love my cleaning crews, and my repair crews. I am blessed beyond measure with this team!
