The home was historically known as The Banana Inn est.1923 & is located on one of the main streets of Downtown LWB. Recipient of a Renovation Award from LWB Historic Preservation Board in 2019. So you have the character & charm of the Historic Mission Revival home with modern touches & a resort style heated pool & backyard. Relax at the pool or take a stroll to the many restaurants, boutique stores, & coffee shops.
3 Night Minimum Stay Required.

$50 per hour for all other guests with advance notice as a courtesy to our cleaning teams when available.
Pets Welcome - $100 Per Pet Fee
Additional rules
- No parties, as this is a residential neighborhood. Neighbors will call the police if you are disrespectful. No smoking indoors otherwise you will be charged an additional cleaning fee and we ask that cigarette smokers kindly smoke in the front driveway area & dispose of cigarettes properly. By booking you agree that if the police are called for excessive noise, partying, or other reasons you will be charged $250 and will be subject to non-refundable cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
If there is excessive clean up, trash/odor removal there will be a $250 fee.
