Heated 2 car garage with cleaning sink and extra driveway space for parking. Direct access to Lake Kampeska from the backyard . Easy access to highway to visit any of the numerous quality lakes and hunting areas NE South Dakota has to offer. Airport offers easy access to Chicago and Denver daily. Try your luck at the Dakota Sioux Casino just minutes away or take a leisurely drive for shopping to Fargo or Sioux Falls and hit the buffet and slots at the Dakota Magic or Royal River Casinos on the way back. Or forego going out and just sit in the backyard and relax, enjoying the lake and and the serenity of the backyard beach.

Please stop in to our local restaurants El TapaTio Mexican, Downtown Sushi, Country Road Barn, and The Sand Bar. For some delicious chocolate and wine stop into Watertown Confectionery.

We stayed at this property during a waterfowl and pheasant hunting trip. The house was perfect for our needs. Heated garage accommodated the dog in her kennel. Sink in the garage allowed for cleaning up easily. House has great layout and is clean. Perfect location to allow us access to town/restaurants while being able to get out to our hunting locations easily. The lake view is really nice - you get some great sunset views!

Good place for hunters

Stayed here to do some hunting in the local area. The fact that it has a heated garage with a small cleaning station is awesome. Definitely beats a hotel.

this was our 5th summer stay here and the 1st time experiencing not the best lake weather and of course that was disappointing, but the fire pit time was good and a good time to rest and relax. there was more frontage foot traffic this time too which was different but all in all we had a great time and enjoyed being away from the daily grind. thanks for the opportunity and look forward to next year.

Great Location!

Great place to stay. We were there to fish so it was perfect with the heated garage to clean fish and bring things in to thaw out. Only negative thing I would say is driveway isn't very big so 2 trucks with trailers is all there is room for.

Family Vacation

My sister, myself and our adult/teen kids spent the week in Watertown visiting our parents. Location was perfect for us, beach and water play was super fun, it appeared that the appliances were brand new, communication with the owner was easy. Hope to come back next summer!

Company Retreat

SD Ice Fishing trip

We stayed here during our fishing trip. Pretty much only slept there. Gone all day fishing, ate our meals out. Really enjoyed Dakota Butcher, 2nd Street Station was good too.
