About this property

Excellent house furnished for your comfort 20 minutes walk from the historic center. Super quiet and safe neighborhood. Near the beaches of Pontal and Jabaquara. The house has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest toilet, living room, kitchen, balcony and laundry area. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and living room. Tv in the living room and in the double bedroom. Kitchen utensils, portable grill, enclosed backyard and vacancy for two cars in front of the house.
