Welcome to Riva Ridge South 705, a spacious second-floor corner residence at Riva Ridge South, offering a comfortable and well-located home base in the heart of Vail Village. With an open layout, this residence is ideal for relaxing after a day on the mountain.

The unit features kitchen updates and refreshed furnishings, a gas fireplace for cozy winter evenings, and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Sleeping up to six guests, the layout includes a king bed in the primary bedroom and two double beds in the second bedroom (no sleeper sofa), along with three bathrooms for added comfort and flexibility.

Guests enjoy cable TV, wireless internet, maid service, and complimentary underground parking (available upon request). Concierge services are also available to assist with dining reservations, transportation coordination, and activity coordination.

Local management and concierge services provided by The Willows enhance your stay, with daily housekeeping, assistance with dining reservations and transportation, and access to the hot tub at the neighboring Willows building. Great place to stay in the village with a family

The location and accommodations were great. Communication with the management was very quick and friendly. My only note is if you have a Crossover or SUV and a Thule container on the roof you wont fit in the garage but a shorter Subaru was able to make it in : )

The unit at Riva Ridge South was very nice, well maintained and in a very good location. The problem, and the reason we left a day early was because of the truck and vehicle noise that started before 6 am and continued through the morning. After that we were up and out doing the tourist thing. But there was no opportunity to sleep in, or enjoy a quiet cup of coffee on the balcony.

Great stay in Vail Village!

We had a wonderful time staying at Riva Ridge in Vail Village! The location is perfect, so close to Gondola one, and a block away from all the village shops and restaurants! Communication with the property manager at The Willows was easy, and fast, parking underneath the building was very convenient, and the ski concierge service close the the gondola was a bonus! The unit has everything you could need though I will say they need to replace one of the hair dryers as it overheated and shut off after about 4 minutes of use by my wife, but there was another in the common bathroom. The housekeeping staff was friendly and very good replacing towels and cleaning everyday which was a nice change from the last couple of covid years! Overall a great experience and I highly recommend staying here!

Vail in Summer

Riva Ridge is a Five Star property. Super clean, well managed and reasonably priced. We stayed on the 2nd floor corner unit. You have Mountain View’s and you’re just one block from downtown Vail. The negative of our stay was the volume of traffic and traffics noise at this location. There were constant pickup trucks, garbage trucks, hotel vans and Uber cars all day long. The traffic started at 6:00 am and continued until 10:00 pm. Willow Road is busy all day long! Fortunately, the nights were quiet and peaceful. Great location, just way too much traffic.

Our second stay in this unit and definitely not our last. Spacious, comfortable, quiet and in the perfect location. Just steps from from shopping and dining, yet on a quiet street, it’s perfect for adults and kids. Our favorite place to spend summers in Vail.

Fabulous condo and great location!

My daughter and I enjoyed staying in the condo. It's a perfect location for all of Vail Village activities. The condo was very clean, but smelled when we first arrived. Once we opened all of the windows, and it aired out, we didn't notice it as much. Please make sure to open the windows before guests arrive!!

Bliss during the pandemic

We had a great stay in Vail, despite the pandemic. Not only was the unit very clean, but we appreciated the hand sanitizer in the lobby as well as the mask requirement. The living room/dining room/kitchen area was very spacious, with plenty of room for the four of us. The two bedrooms and three bathrooms were also wonderful and squeaky clean. We spent many hours on the large deck enjoying the morning sun, afternoon shade and the breeze blowing through the nearby aspens. The quiet neighborhood is super close to the main village...perfect for picking up takeout. Thanks for a great week... can't wait to return One small note: If you drive a large SUV (we had a Ford Expedition), underground parking is tight. Not impossible, but requires some maneuvering.
