Tasteful furnishings complement the classic design of this new townhome. The tiled entry opens into the great room with oak hardwoods, stone fireplace, and custom lighting. Luxury and privacy in the master bedroom on the first level satisfy the most discriminating taste. Ascent to the second level is framed with custom hickory railings terminating on the loft overlooking the living area. Two additional bedrooms with private tiled baths are located on the second level.

Great property near Timberline

Loved the place. Great space, air conditioning was great (we didn’t really need it, but were worried we would), and a nice pond to watch the sunset. Only “issue” was some of the emails from the property went to spam initially so I didn’t see anything about the final rental contract or the check in procedures. All worked out in the end though and went smoothly. Would go again.

We can’t wait to return. Great stay. Clean and well maintained property. Loved the pool as well. We really enjoyed staying here. Hot tub was hot and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed to have a great weekend. Condo was very clean and accommodating. Friendly staff. We arrived after hours and everything ran so smooth. Staff answered any questions we and suggested some things for us to do.

It was super easy working with everyone at Mountain Top. So much so we didn't have that much interaction except on line. We did duck into the office a little before 4:00 on our check in day and picked up the keys in person. Having the plow clearing the parking area so often was great. We'll definitely use Mountain Top again on our next trip to Timberline.

Space was good. Hot tub out back was hot and ready to go = nice! Kitchen was loaded with dishes and cooking utensils. Crock pot might be nice to add. BBQ was good, we brought charcoal. Mountain reality was very prompt in answering my questions. Web site was easy to use. Picking up key and drop off was quick. The hand out given with address and check out procedures was complete. Overall, we had a lovely experience.

Overall, we had a lovely experience. Location was perfect for checking out the area and we were one house out of a total of three that were inhabited for the week. The unit was spacious for when our family joined us for the weekend and cozy enough for just the two of us the rest of the week. Truly the most overall fun but relaxing vacation we’ve had in quite a few years. Thanks for the experience! Next time we hope for less wind and rain and more sun so we can enjoy the community pool more than we did but the hot tub more than made up for that! The ladies in the office were very polite, professional and got us on our way to enjoying our vacation very quickly. Gave us good information on grocery stores, parks, etc. When we discovered that the hot tub on our property did not appear to be properly cleaned and called to request some help, there was just an immediate response and the tub was not only treated-they actually drained it totally and cleaned it from top to bottom. Everyone we dealt with was just extremely friendly and helpful.

I think I've said enough- sorry to be so critical I just really think that this could be a great stay if some things changed. Unfortunately, the team did not have the answers to our questions (what is the wifi network? what is the password? where is the router?) and in fact had incorrect information. I will say, though, that when our dog ran away and I left a voicemail, Becky called me back quickly to offer to email to help and was very sympathetic and I really really appreciated that. The impersonal and aggressively legal communications of the emails, not to mention the sheer number of emails, was off-putting, as were the very outdated instructions in the home.

This is the second time I have rented from MountainTop and the hot tub was not clean. The adults never used it and the kids got in once for 10 mins. Whatever the schedule is for cleaning the hot tubs needs to be adjusted. Check in/check out was seamless and efficient.
