Amazing Weekend Getaway – Super Clean and Great Host!

We had a fantastic weekend stay! The place was immaculately clean—you can tell the host really takes pride in maintaining a welcoming space. Super comfortable and cozy, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.One of the best parts was how flexible and accommodating the host was—they generously allowed us to check in early, which made our arrival so much smoother and stress-free. After cruise relaxation

We stayed at this property after our cruise and it proved to be just what we needed. The pool is great and the master bedroom was amazing. Its no more than 15 minutes from calle ocho and the airport so we had plenty to do. The host communicated with us and even had suggestions as to what to do around the area.

Convenient to the airport and easy to get around the Miami area, we were 4 guys on a golf trip and the house worked out great for us. The 4 bedrooms were perfect for 4 middle aged men! The house was very clean and met all our expectations.

Amazing house for group or family

The house was really lovely and described accurately in the listing. There was plenty of room for my family who were visiting and the yard was large and great for entertaining. My pup especially loved the side yard and the neighborhood was very walkable. (There are two greenways at either end of the street!) The location is car dependent although there is a metro rail station nearby (we didn’t use public transportation). Super close and easy access to the airport which is very convenient.I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Nice home, pool we never used, it wasnt running properly, i did contact host, she did say the pool company would be over the next day, we waited, they never came. The pool was a huges reason why we rdntrd this home. Otherwise, clean, spacious, great neighborhood

Dear Cheryl Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to clarify that the pool jets are programmed to operate during the nighttime hours. We explained this to the guests on several occasions, but there seemed to be some confusion. Unfortunately, the guests began handling the pool equipment themselves, at which point we kindly asked them not to do so for safety and maintenance reasons. To accommodate their request, we promptly contacted our pool service company to adjust the timer for the jets. The technician visited the property while the guests were out for a walk and successfully updated the schedule, the pool technician took a picture of the work done and we let Cheryl knows. Since day one, march 20 after 1:00pm they all enjoy the pool and the jets where working for them and their enjoyment . We honored all Cheryl request that unfortunately she is not mentioning. But overall we thank her for her stay . For our readers; Please note that our pool jets are installed in the floor, not on the walls, and the pool is consistently cleaned and maintained to ensure it's always ready for use. However, we do want to mention that we do not offer pool heating as part of our amenities. Thank you for your understanding. Regards Yamille

We had 8 guests with us. Perfect place, tons of space just wish we had more towels and blankets, there’s no washer and dryer so having to pay to wash towels to have fresh ones was rough. other than that it was perfect! Host was great with communication!

The house and property was great. We loved having the pool. I also loved how the rooms was divided. Amazing kitchen. The only down side was the house got pretty warm except the master bedroom. Which was nice and cool. There is a tv in the master and living but no other bedrooms. Overall it was a great place. Thank you for everything

Good home in Miami Springs

The owner is very lovely. I accidentally booked the wrong dates and she switched them for me so I wouldn’t loose money. She was very patient and friendly about it. Only giving 4 stars because when we arrived the floors weren’t very clean, some dishes weren’t cleaned properly. The key wasn’t inside where they said it would be but I found it. One of the pantry doors was broken so I couldn’t close it. Front door lock system wasn’t working properly. The pool area is very nice and the house is in a good location. We had two kids under 3 with us and there were MANY kids activities within 30 minutes. It’s a great pool house for relaxing out back at.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Even though check in was supposed to be at 4:00, we found out in route to the home that it wouldn’t be cleaned and ready until 7:00 pm. The manager did offer to extend our check out time to compensate for the inconvenience. The inside of the home is spacious and much nicer than the pictures! We enjoyed the house. One bathroom can be tough for six people, but we made it work. The kids enjoyed the pool. The home was stocked with all of the small extras that you need on vacation such as paper towel, toilet tissue, and soap. The home was centrally located among the things we wanted to do. We were about 15 miles from South Beach and about the same distance from downtown. I would be willing to stay there again. Thank you

Their deceptive practices, often involving a second party posing as a spouse, were readily apparent and documented via our house technology security system and management visitation during incident. While our property is located in a highly desirable and safe neighborhood, we prioritize its upkeep and cannot tolerate the potential for intentional damage. Thank You
