Large home in the center of Springfield, only 5 minutes drive to Wonders of Wildlife, Bass Pro Shops, Cox and Mercy Hospitals. It is also a short drive to Hammon's Field, and many other popular attractions. Home has recently been remodeled and has new appliances and furnishings throughout.

This newly renovated home has 2,082 square feet of living area plus a 2 car garage. It boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and comfortably sleeps 10 adults and 3 children. There is one bedroom on the main level and three more rooms upstairs. Fire up the BBQ grill and open up the doors of the sun room to enjoy a relaxing evening. It offers high speed internet and cable TV. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience, and a fully stocked kitchen.

Comfortable and accommodating home

Very good location in Springfield, it's very close to the battlefield shopping center and the oasis convention center which is where our group needed to be for the weekend. Inside was very clean and fresh and all the furniture and bedding was freshly washed. Lots of space in the kitchen and living room as well.

Excellent for families

This property was fantastic for our family. There were tons of very confortable beds. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood and is very close to restaurants and Walmart. The back sunroom was great for quiet mornings with coffe, watching rabbits play in the back yard. Highly recommend! The owners were very gracious and accommodating.

The house is beautiful! It kept us close while still allowing us to have our own space. It was the perfect fit for all 12 of us. The neighborhood is so serene. It’s the perfect location to not be too far away from all of the fun things to do, but also doesn’t make you feel like you’re in the middle of the commotion. The hosts have a closet filled with toys for the kiddos and also provide a playpen for the smaller kiddos. We can’t wait to stay in this house in the future!

The house is in a wonderful location, and there is plenty of room! Everything was super clean and the inside is beautiful. After a week's stay with 8 people, I couldn't suggest this place more!

Family Thanksgiving

Our family met in Springfield for our annual Thanksgiving get together. We enjoyed staying at Morningside Retreat. The house was comfortable and inviting, the neighborhood quiet and our time together refreshing. The host were very hospitable. We would stay at Morningside retreat again.

Cozy home away from home

We’re a big family who flew in from Orange County, CA to visit family. We were so pleased with the cleanliness, the availability of all the amenities, the quick response of property management for all our questions. Checking in and out was so easy. The property looks better in person. Best of all, the beds were all so comfortable. We all slept well. Thank you and we hope to rent this property again when we come visit.

Wonderful home away from home.

Beautifully decorated with open space to spread out and not feel crowded. We were a group of 6 adults and 3 teen/tweens. Home is situated close to Bass Pro, restraunts, shopping and parks. A 35 minute drive to Branson. If we come back to the area we would love to stay again.

Great property

My friends and I headed back to Springfield for a reunion and this property was exactly what we were looking for. There are so many little surprises everywhere that only enhanced our stay. The location was optimal in the center of town, and there was even a nice little walking path minutes away we utilized each morning. Everyone that stayed couldn’t believe how nice and clean the house really was. Any future trips I will definitely look into booking this property again!
