Very disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We would not have stayed if we knew pets had stayed there.Pet hair in shag carpet/dryer.Internal windows dirty, food crumbs in drawers. Expired food in pantry.Diningroom chairs shredded by cats.Internal windows dirty.

Great apartment and location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed with a golf group and the apartment is spacious and excellent configuration with kitchen, living area and balcony downstairs and bedrooms up internal stairs. Our group had Penthouses 26 and 25 and this was the better of the 2 in our opinion. Great location with a 2 minute walk to restaurants and pubs. Secure access to apartments and basement garage. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent communication and response from South Coast Realty throughout the booking process and checkin.

Perfect

We loved our stay very close to shops,hotels,granite island tram and lots more. My only concern was there was only 1 key available to use,therefore every time we separated it was a nightmare trying to arrange to get back at same time so one of us could let the other into the property .

Loved it!

What a great apartment in an amazing location. We loved the space, the location and the quality. Such a great spot to stay in with teenagers - we could all just wander as we wished enjoying all that Victor Harbor has to offer.
