Cozy place in the center

A really creative space in a central location that's perfect for exploring the city - a lot of cafes, restaurants and greenery. The space is fully equiped and big enough even for long term stays. The host was extremely kind and accommodating. We loved our stay and already miss Belgrade. ❤️

Einr saubere gemütliche Wohnung trafen wir nicht an. Die Einrichtung ist unter dem Decknamen desighner apartment .mit billigsten Möbeln eingerichtet. Die Betten sind auf Paletten gelegte Mattazen, die Liegegläche wenige cm über dem Boden, für ältere Menschen unzumutbar. Das Bad und besonders die Dusche zu klein. Die Dusche ist durch die scharfkantige Einfassung gefährlich. Die Treppe phne Gländer und sehr schmal,für kleine Kinder ungeeignet und gefährlich. Weitere Punkte währen anzuknüpfen. Bei unserer Ankunft stellte sich eine ältere Dame vor ,die zunächst die

Ein außergewöhnliches Objekt, versteckt in einem Belgrader Stadtteil

Eine wunderbare Wohnung die viel künstlerischen Charme aufweist. Der Vermieter ist eine Perle, die Ihresgleichen sucht. Er ist sehr aufmerksam, frägt nach und bietet all seine Hilfe an. Sei es für die Infrastruktur in der Nähe oder gastronomische Tipps. Auch flexibel ist er, soweit es seine Termine zulassen. Auch wenn einem selbst das spontan das persönliche Chaos passiert. Die Umgebung und die Verkehrsstruktur in der Nähe sind ausbaufähig, aber immerhin fußläufig sind Supermärkte, Cafes, Restaurants und nach oben auch die Innenstadt sehr gut erreichbar. Straßenbahn und Bus sind zwar direkt vor der Tür, aber die Pünktlichkeit und die Anbindung an den jetzigen Hauptbahnhof, den Busbahnhof (alter Hauptbahnhof) und Flughafen sind sehr ausbaufähig, was die zeitliche Effektivität betrifft. Und auch die Zuverlässigkeit des Airport-Shuttles lässt zu wünschen übrig, vor allem bei den ersten Fahrten am Tag und am Slavija Platz. Ansonsten lässt es sich sehr empfehlen hier zu verweilen.

Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt im Welthaus, welches durch seine originelle Einrichtung einen wirklich einzigartigen Stil hat. Die Lage ist top und die Möglichkeit, draußen im Hof zu sitzen/ frühstücken haben wir sehr genossen :) Belgrad ist wunderschön und die Lage der Unterkunft optimal. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder!

Sehr gute Lage zur Erkundung der Stadt

Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe und gute Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Guter Standort um die Stadt zu erkunden. Gut geheizt, aber leider sehr trockne Luft in den Räumen.

Around the World House is fully renovated house dated from 1927. At lower Dorcol area you will feel the charm of the yard-houses, local shops with friendly merchants, buying fresh fruits and vegetables from producers on the every-day Bajloni open market. You can sit in the front yard, drink your morning coffee and refresh yourself in the spirit of past times where the laundry is still drying in the middle of the yard...The old tram goes 30 steps from the house. For many years we have traveled around the world and brought crafts and ideas for Around the World House interior design. Just feel the spirit :)
