A short 5 to 10 minute walk to the municipal beach which is very large and perfect for families! A 10 minute ride up to Mount Orford for skiing. A short 5 minute ride and you are downtown. This condo is adjacent to the walking path and bike path which takes you downtown. 3 large bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. 1 King Bed in master bedroom and full bathroom. 2 queen beds in front bedroom and 1 queen bed in 3rd bedroom.
