An open floorplan, large kitchen island, premium appliances and large, spa-like bathrooms make this ideal for relaxing and regenerating after spending the day exploring downtown Asheville. The condo is within two blocks of restaurants, live music, art galleries, and shops. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere. We recommend midsize or smaller vehicles only.
This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the lobby and parking garage access codes; you will receive these upon booking confirmation. The elevator opens to the garage and lobby for convenient access from your vacation rental.
