The recently built holiday home is located between Saint-Cyprien and Latour-Bas-Elne just minutes from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Mediterranean and the Aqualand. It is also an ideal starting point for trips to the countryside, in the Pyrenees or to Spain. All kinds of shops for daily consumer needs are within walking distance.

With 100 sq.m./1080 sq ft, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the cottage is equipped for 6 people and a toddler. Have a relaxing holiday thanks to the high quality interiors, the spacious patio and the cozy pool area. The cottage is air conditioned.

Children are especially welcome in the "Villa Petit Rêve": toys and books will delight your children. A wide range of baby equipment and various safety devices are a great help for having a stressless holiday.

deçu pour la piscine

très belle maison, fonctionnelle, moderne, propre. la clim n est pas dans toute la maison. Climatiseur dans la pièce principale uniquement, très bruyante donc inutilisable la nuit. Des chambres donc très chaude. Parasol trop petit et usé. un deuxième est présent (usé aussi) mais pas de pied pour l installé (un store roulant serait le bienvenue) piscine très sale à l arrivée(présence d une algue difficile à eliminer) donc la moitié des 15 jours sans baignade car trop sale malgré l intervention du pisciniste Le brise vue qui doit cacher le sentier qui est juste derrière la piscine est trop court et pas assez epais, résultat tous les promeneurs ne manquent pas de regarder ce qui se passe par dessus, pas d intimité Nous voulions une résidence avec piscine à cause du covid, c est pour cela qui nous y avons mis le prix (15 jours de location), résultat très décevant

Vacances de rêve

La maison est très fonctionnelle .Les équipements sont neufs et de qualité . Il ne manque vraiment rien dans cette superbe maison ! Nous avons adoré ! Le seul bémol :la wifi limitée ..j ai été obligée de faire un partage de connexion pour surfer sur internet…

Très belle semaine

Très bonne semaine, la seule petite chose qu’on pourrait reprocher et la taille du parasol ainsi que l’absence d’épuisettes pour la piscine. Rien à redire.

Le Roussillon en version tout confort....

Tres belle prestation de location conforme aux photos et descroptifs. Propriétaires présents même à distance, un bon séjour la distance à la mer est un peu loin pour nous, très calme literie parfaite, proche de tous commerces et commodités, top !
