Excelent experience

We were a group of famillies spending the new year's cellabration and we had a great expecience in this house. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy andthe host was most available to respond to requests that appeared. Me and my friends would definitly recommend this place.

Great Villa with pool

Very well appointed villa with pool and outdoor bbq. Kitchen very well equiped and with sharp knives. Outdoor hose for rinsing wetsuits and hanging rail. Small Mercado just up the road for fresh bread Pistais De Nata and many other little things you might need, great Butcher just down from Mercado and run by Ivo. Had some great steak, mince and one of his own farm chickens for bbq.

Misrepresented

I stayed at this property recently, and it is beautiful! I want to start by stating, it was clean, nice, large and I appreciated the price. However, this is not 4 bedrooms, it's 3. We stayed here, 4 couples, and one of the bedrooms is a room within a room, that is more of a closet with a bed... To go to the bathroom in the middle of the night you have to walk around someone elses bed. Also during my stay we never had hot water... for 3 days no hot water, I alerted the Host through the app and they didn't respond for more that 36 hours... The pictures make it seem like this is a single unit on a hill, in fact it part of a larger complex, there is also no hot tub. This place is really nice, but the host mis-advertised it quite a bit. No Hot water the whole stay is unacceptable!

Great stay!

Wij hebben met twee gezinnen een week in de pink flamingo villa verbleven. Wat een topweek! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Lekkere tuin met je eigen zwembad. Grote keuken, waar je ook echt kon koken als je een keer niet bbq’t of uiteten gaat. Goeie uitvalsbasis voor Ericeira of een van de stranden.

Short stay to see the west coast before going to the Algarve

Three generations, 6 people 21-86 yrs old. We wanted a short stay on the west coast to see surf and cliffs, eat seafood, and visit friends in Lisbon. Ericeita was a great base for this and the food in the town is fantastic. Recommend 7 Praias da Baleia for fresh grilled fish and Prim for a large menu. The house is well located for a short drive to all the sites on the coast and it provides two balcony views of the ocean. The trundle bed fourth bedroom is attached to the master bedroom and without air conditioner. It was not a problem during our stay with cool temperatures. Great kitchen served all our needs. Ample parking in the street cul-de-sac in front of the house.

A chegada e check in foram surreais, com completo desconhecimento que estávamos a chegar e nenhuma garantia de limpeza/desinfeção face ao ultimo grupo na casa. Vários equipamentos destruídos (cadeiras, estores e até um lavatório) dentro da casa, alguns deles com risco para os utilizadores (cadeiras partidas colocadas no local sem qualquer aviso) Sem as necessárias reparações devem esquecer o aluguer desta casa

Casa muito bonita com tudo o que é preciso para passar uns dias de descanso. Espaço exterior muito agradável e localizada em zona muito sossegada e apenas a 3 minutos de carro do centro da Ericeira. Recomendamos e sem dúvida que voltaremos
