-Sea view balcony opening up to Sea. (attached to bedrooms)
-Large sunken living room with air conditioning throughout the entire house.
-All 4 bedrooms have closets, Western style toilets, Showers and air conditioning.
-TV and open entertainment space in the living room.
-Plush furnishing and a formal dining room that seats 8.
-Fully equipped kitchen with gas range, microwave, toaster, etc. Reverse osmosis purified drinking water.
- A beautiful private backyard for entertaining.
-A gated community with safe 24-hour security.
One bedroom on the ground level for guests who are comfortable on ground floor

-You will have the entire villa with access to the number of bedrooms booked upto 4 bedrooms.
-All bedrooms have attached full western style bath and toilet.
-Swimming pool in the retreat and the resort
-Garden in the backyard
-Food can be ordered from the adjoining resort's multi cuisine restaurants.

Our caretaker will be there throughout stay just a call away .He will receive you at check-in. We do not stay there but will be whatsup away.

Locality :
-200mts from most beautiful and exclusive silver sand beach with amazing sunset view.
-The 4 Star Resort is a few feet away and offers a patio restaurant and bar with excellent multi cuisine which is great.
-The shacks on the Beach are open October 15th to April end and one can relax and enjoy various local and international foods.
-Famous "Martins Corner" is just a few minutes by car or scooty.
-Village of Betalbatim has Church, Post Office, Bank, ATM and Grocery and Produce stores ample.

Getting around

Hail a Taxi from the Resort Gate, Rent Scooty and Motorbikes and Bikes at the beach Side gate. Local Buses are available from Betalbatim Village which is a 10 min walk. Our Caretaker can also guide in the same.

Nanu Beach Retreat

Will be 5 star, when it's refurbished! Currently very tired but about to be renovated. Beds (mostly) comfortable, fans in all rooms, a/c good but no hot water in the kitchen! Local managers, Basanti and Lochan, always available, helpful and delightful. Excellent location right by fabulous beach with a choice of shacks with sunbeds. Overall a lovely holiday.

Betalbatim Retreat/Nanu

Great location! Close proximity to beach in a safe gated community with access to restaurant at nearby Nanu resort. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay. My only suggestion for improvement would be a full place setting for each person the villa is advertised to sleep. Specifically this would include a large plate, a small side plate, a soup bowl as well a coffee mugs or tea cup and saucer. The furnishings are serviceable but dated in the common areas. Property was very clean. Property manager Lochan was personable, and accommodating. We ran into a glitch in that he was away for a family emergency upon our arrival but both Lochan and property owner were proactive in informing us and in doing their best to accommodate until his return. We were comfortable and satisfied during our stay.

Mother of two lovely kids , Audiologist by proffesion , Singer by Passion , Theta healer by Interest and loves to travel . Travelled across world with my husband to know how it is to be in unknown city , learned and tried to include them in our bungalow.

Why they chose this property

One of the only properties that are so close to beach, have complete gated community , Amazing sunset from balcony and to complement it all Resort facilities which is very rare. We fell in love at first sight. Luxurious , sandy beach , Safe and clean .
