The apartment is on the second floor of a recently renovated historic building, equipped with an elevator. It is a cozy studio with a Murphy bed for two, a fully equipped modern kitchenette, and a bathroom with a bathtub. You can enjoy the calm from the balcony, overlooking a private garden.
The apartment is equipped with a TV, fiber Wi-Fi, central heating, and air conditioning. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator, a combined oven/microwave, an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, a DELTA capsule coffee machine (available in all supermarkets), and all necessary dishes and utensils.
The bathroom has a bathtub and a combined washer/dryer. A hairdryer and a clothes iron are also provided.
A travel crib and a high chair are available upon prior request.

We loved our stay! Could not have asked for a better location for being in the mix around Lisbon. Surrounded by fabulous restaurants and shops, this rental is clean, smart and gives you all you need for a home base. Check-in is simple, and Kelsey is very responsive. Highly recommend! The location was awesome, so convenient being right in the center of the city. We could walk to so many things. The place was well kept, clean and attractive!
Great spot for a short stay. Location couldn’t be better! Tiny space as described, Murphy bed was firm, but very functional for the space. Great value in a great location.
The location was amazing being close to metro stop, train station and close walk to riverfront and in midst of restaurants and shops. The apartment has secure entrance, and very quiet with balcony off the back. The kitchen and washer and dryer were a plus.
This is a very nice studio flat in the heart of downtown Lisboa. It is located on the east side of Restaradoras. Everything is walking distance and public transport is centrally located also. Paula was easy to reach and very pleasant to work with. We wouls stay here again!

Fantastic location and amazing customer service! I had a few issues that was out of the control of the property manager and she was absolutely amazing in her response and attention. My only negative take is how dirty the apartment was when I got there, floors were not mopped or cleaned, rug was never cleaned or washed and the comforter look liked it was never washed just constantly covered. The bed is a sofa bed so it was pretty uncomfortable for 4 days. The benefits of this stay is how near it is to everything which I loved. I walked an average 8 miles a day so it was convenient to head back to the apartment to rest. I’d recommend if you are visiting Lisbon for a max of 2 days as the bed will hurt your back at some point.

Dear Antonio,
I am very astonished to learn that the flat was dirty? I do not understand why you did not mention it to me upon your arrival? As you saw, I was available to answer all your concerns quickly.
The flat was cleaned on the 1st of January as I had a check out that morning. It is impossible that the floor was not cleaned. The carpet was washed on the 20th of November, we do so 4 times per year. I have invoices proving this. The duvet, was recently washed, as the flat was empty most of November and December we washed everything.
As for the bed, it is clearly demonstrated and stated in the listing that it is a Murphy bed and in contrary to your experience, if you read the reviews, no one has complained, even those who stayed longer. The owners stay at the flat regularly when they visit and would definately make a point should the bed be uncomfortable. We have this bed for the last 6 years and no complaints.
Perhaps this type of accomodation does not suit you and the expectations you may have. I just regret that you did not inform me of your concerns during your 6 day stay, I was convinced that all was fine.
Our goal is that each of our guests have a very good and memorable experience. I am always available to answer any questions and to solve any issues that may have escaped our attention.

Very small room with a very hard mattress. It was clean and in a very good location. I thought it was overpriced, again it was in a good location but very small and expensive.

Super location à tout point de vue : communication très aisée avec Paula qui répond rapidement - emplacement idéal : nous avons pratiquement tout fait à pied (sauf quartier de Belem et le pont) - propreté du logement et confort +++. A recommander !!!!
Logement très bien équipé, propre, calme et idéalement situé dans Lisbonne. Près de la gare et en plein centre pour un point de départ pour de nombreuses balades !
