You'll enjoy the comfort, relaxation and convenience of our spacious open floor plan professionally decorated in lake and lodge fashion. The upper floor consists of a comfortable seating area with a 42' flat screen TV; fireplace; fully furnished open kitchen and dining area; a covered front porch; a screened in porch just off the living room that is perfect for breakfasting or a glass of wine in the evening; it leads to a spacious outdoor deck with a wooded view for relaxing or cooking on the grill. Continuing on the main floor is the master bedroom with a king size bed, jetted tub and stand alone shower; a second bedroom also features a king size bed, TV and another full bath.

Downstairs you'll find a 50' big screen TV; DVD player; Xbox 360 & Games, a poker/game table and plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Watch a great movie or your favorite sports team, visit with family and friends or just hang out. Three bedrooms on the lower level, one with a king size bed; another bedroom, perfect with kids, with a queen size bed and twin bunk beds; a bonus bedroom with full size bunk beds and a full bath is also found on this level. All bedrooms have TV's. Extra space is provided by a queen size sofa bed and 4 couches. A laundry room with full size washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Step outside on to the downstairs patio to relax and enjoy the view of the Ozark Mountains. Hot Tub is in a private screened in porch.

When you're ready for a little fun and activity--just cross the street to the zero-entry swimming pool or explore the woods and stream nearby. Also across the street is the Branson Canyon clubhouse which features a lounge area with a big screen TV; a kitchen; pool table; game room; fitness room and gathering room.

Great House

A group of ten friends on a girls trip. We’ve used this house probably 8 times. It has a lot of room to spread out and is right across the street from the subdivision pools (yes there’s two). The house is close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment but not right on the crowded main strip. Highly recommend this house.

We had a good time at the property. Had a few small issues like a shower that wouldn't stop dripping and some lights that weren't working and had trouble getting into the clubhouse once but overall it was a nice place to stay and met all our needs. Really enjoyed the hot tub.

Excellent house

We had a group of 11 for our annual girls trip, and have stayed in this house many times. The close proximity to the pools and the room to spread out in the house make it the perfect place to stay. It’s also very close to the main strip in Branson, you can easily go to all the attractions without having to stay right in the middle of town. We will definitely rent this house again.

Fabulous "Big Family" Vacation Home!!!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this beautiful home and the owner! Jerry answered questions by email or text almost immediately and went above and beyond to meet our needs! It was exactly what we needed for our 3 families - 3 adult couples and 10 kids (ages 4-21). The downstairs was a great place to play games, watch TV, play poker, have a dance party, etc. and of course sleep! Laundry facilities and extra refrigerator were such a bonus too. The main floor with the open kitchen had everything we needed to cook almost all of our meals. The kids really enjoyed eating on the screened-in porch and occasionally on the front porch! We also found the entire house to be IMMACULATELY clean! We swam almost every day in the nearby pool and the older kids played A LOT of pool in the clubhouse. We also had an adults only game night in the clubhouse. We did day trips to Silver Dollar City and White Water. We also rented a Pontoon Slide boat with a tow-able tube from Table Rock State Marina for an afternoon...BIG HIT with adults and kids!!! I would highly recommend this property and hope to return sometime in the future with family or with some couple friends. Thanks a million, Jerry!!! You ROCK!!!

Sleeps 16....BUT

We rented this property because we needed space for lots of people. The upstairs has the master bedroom with a nice bathroom. There is another bedroom and bath on this floor. That means 4 people upstairs max. Downstairs has three bedrooms and a pull out bed in the living space. That's 12 people downstairs to share the one downstairs bathroom. But that's not the worst of it. One of the bedrooms is located off the utility room which houses the heating/cooling equipment and washer/dryer. That's a code violation. The sleeping area has no other access, no window. The only way in or out is through the utility room. That's a fire code violation. We didn't know this ahead of time or we would have rented another property had we known. Another safety issue was the outdoor grill which had a build up of grease in the bottom. We did not use the grill because we once had one at a a different rental catch fire and we didn't want to risk that happening again. The neighborhood pool was great. The house was well stocked with laundry detergent, kitchen supplies and everything we needed.
