Light & Bright Business Traveler Delight w/mini Kitchenette
Cozy, light and bright private guest suite with mini kitchenette, including mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, coffee maker and sink. NO stove/oven. This is private bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette area with private entrance. No direct access to main house. We are in the lovely community of Bressi Ranch, walking distance to restaurants, shopping and close to Palomar Airport. 40" Smart TV features access to Netflix, Hulu, & more. No cable. High speed WIFI. Sorry NO pets.
Laundry is shared in main house and available on request. Trash is Wed AM. Please NO food items down drains. Bed linens, bath towels and dishes are provided. I will provide clean sheets and towels weekly upon request. Parking is on the street. Back patio and BBQ shared with owners. Some amenities are available upon request - extra lines, fan and extra kitchen utensils.
