BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS AND NEAR TO BEACH
ALOHA- YOU WILL BE A GUEST IN A ONE BEDROOM BUNGALOW IN MY HOME. YOUR BATHROOM WILL NOT BE SHARED. THIS IS A NEWLY REMODELED UNIT WITH BRAND NEW FLOATING LVP FLOORING IN MAIN ROOMS, BRAND NEW KITCHENETTE, AND A NEWLY REMODELED BATHROOM. BEDROOM HAS A REAL BED-BEDDING PROVIDED. BEDROOM HAS ROOM FOR CLOTHES AND A FULL CLOSET. THE KITCHENETTE AND LIVING ROOM ARE COMBINED. THERE IS A PRIVATE GATED ENTRANCE AND YOUR OWN PRIVATE PATIO AREA. MY MODEST HOME IS LOCATED IN A QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD AND SITS ON A HILLSIDE THAT OFFERS BREATHTAKING SUNSTS. WE ARE A SHORT FIVE MINUTE DRIVE TO THE OCEANSIDE PEIR, TEN MINUTES TO MIRACOSTA COLLEGE, TWO MINUTE WALK TO A BEAUTIFUL PARK AND CLOSE TO PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION THAT WILL TAKE YOU ALL THE WAY TO OLD TOWN, UCSM, PALOMAR, SEAPORT VILLAGE AND MORE! PLEASE NO ANIMALS. NO DRUGS, NO SMOKING, NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS, NOT A PARTY HOME, NOT 420 FRIENDLY, NO OVER DRINKING. NO SHOES INIDE THE HOME. 'CLEAN AS YOU GO AND YOUR MESS WONT SHOW' MOTTO FOLLOWED.
