Good spot in the middle of everything cool

Thought the property was super nice will definitely try and stay here again sometime loved the location and the beach is just a short drive away lots of parking for only like 5 for the day

Perfect! I am an ex-Californian and forever O'side Local. Brought my wife out for her first visit and we had everything we needed. BRAD WAS GREAT! Just sorry we stayed so busy that we didn't have more time to kick it at the pad. Communication was smooth, ease of travel up and down the coast, local flavor, great neighborhood, and no surprises.Cannot recommend this spot enough!God bless!

Property is overall basic but as described. Maybe some updated features would make it overall better more comfortable stay for the price. My puppy had no problem finding an area to use the bathroom. Good location, quiet community.

Great little place

Stayed here for a little over a week with my fiance and absolutely loved the location and everything that was within walking distance of the property. Had to dig through the property listing a little for all the details of where to find the door and a few other things (we also arrived at night, so that didn't help with finding things), but once we found all the details everything went smoothly and we had a nice stay. Great little property!

This cute studio apartment met all of our needs. Ideal location close to the beach, shopping, downtown and freeways. The bed was comfortable, a good kitchen with a stove? Oven that works, refrigerator, nice bathroom with big tub and walk-in/shower. The property owner is very nice and allows you your privacy

Great location!

This was perfect for me and my spouse. The location was 7 minutes from the beach. We loved the natural cool breeze in the Studio. We enjoyed the warm electric heater when we needed it. Brad was very attentive and responded quickly when we had a question. We would love to stay here again!

Great Apartment Studio

The Apartment was well stocked with everything you need and very clean. Bed was comfortable. The parking on the street was not always good. Most of our stay we had to park down the street in the evening but other than that everything was great.
