Luxury Breakwater Beach Pad D110

The Breakwater Beach Pad combines luxury, convenience, and location. Relax while watching the waves break or enjoy the many amenities of North Coast Village that are surrounded with lush tropical landscaping. This is a studio (no separate bedroom) condo with the finest features and new contemporary furnishings. These features include: Samsung HDTV, Wireless Internet Connection throughout the condo, community, and beach, a wall mounted LED color changing fireplace, two ceiling fans (No AC- portable available), Fisher Paykel Two-Drawer Dishwasher and Refrigerator with a wine rack, Wolf Stove, Kitchen Aid Convection Oven/Steamer/Microwave (not a full sized oven), a spa-like bathroom with towel warmer, a custom wall bed with a high end memory foam mattress that can be stored easily away for extra living space, a pull-out sofa to accommodate two additional guests, an ottoman that pulls out to a small bed, and a balcony to enjoy the ocean view with a breeze! Once you have stepped onto the grounds of North Coast Village you will be surrounded by waterfalls, saltwater pools, spas, and  a large Koi ponds. There is a Recreational Room equipped with pool tables, ping-pong, and fuse-ball. There is a small putting green and a fitness room complete with a sauna room. If you take a few more steps you will find yourself on the white sandy shores of Breakwater Beach.  There is a lot to see and do within walking distance but please browse our website to discover all that Oceanside and San Diego have to offer. PLEASE NOTE: North Coast Village is a smoke free community and smoking is not permitted inside the unit.

First I just want to say how top rate Brooke is. The instructions and directions were so clear and easy to follow. And she was quick to respond to any questions. When we had issues getting there, thru no fault but our own, she was way more than accommodating. As far as the property goes, also Top Rate! The apartment was very clean and had so much to offer. The bed was a dream to sleep on and the blanket/sheets were so comfortable that I took note of the brand to buy when I got home!I sat on the balcony for every sunrise and sunset, because it was literally the perfect view of both! Even made friends with some ducks that would hang out on the roof of the adjacent building every morning. The property grounds were a dream. As a plant enthusiast that lives in a desert, I got excited by every flower, every tree and every bush. The amenities were endless, from swimming to the game room to the billiard, definitely look into what the property has to offer, because it’s certainly an extra treat. I just want to thank Brooke again for making our trip so special and we can’t wait to come back.

This unit is perfect for a couple. The location was wonderful for enjoying the beach and all that Oceanside offers, while being away from the crowds of the pier area. The property itself is almost as beautiful as the beach it sits next to! Very impressed with the grounds, amenities, staff, and proximity to the beach. The condo comfortably slept 2 adults, 2 kids and had everything we could think to need - and then some. Highly recommend this place!

One of the best condos at North Coast Village! The studio has been completely remodeled with high end appliances and fixtures and decorated with the finest furnishings. The ocean view is incredible, and the weather can't be beat!
This unit is in the highly desired D building, which faces south towards the pier which gets a lot of sunlight and unforgettable sunset views.
