About this property

The Beach House is a modern luxury villa with 4 very large bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom with both bathtub and walk in outdoor shower. All bedrooms have king size imported bed. Each bedroom has a minibar fridge, room safe, smart tv and tea and coffee making facilities. There is an indoor kitchen with large American style fridge, dishwasher, induction hob and double sink and large outdoor BBQ/Grill. The villa also has a separate laundry room. The villa has a private swimming pool and is located on a private (man made) white sand beach with direct access to the beautiful crystal clear waters of Mount Hartman Bay.

The property has a high degree of privacy as it is located on a private beach. It has its own driveway and parking area and has the use of a boat slipway and dock. There are large comfortable indoor and outdoor sitting areas and a dining table. Daily maid service is included as is breakfast delivered to your villa. The staff are happy to provision the villa for you or Chef service is available for a small additional charge.

The property has air conditioning in all rooms and it also has ceiling fans and all doors open fully. The villa is approximately 5000 square foot.
