Great location with a spectacular view

Great big house with plenty so space to spread out in. Some water pressure issues with several rooms, but we lived with. Had a great family vacation however. Fits a lot of people, and the neighbor is beautiful.

Teen Missions Trip

Fabulous retreat and home base for helping a local church. We were able to relax, cook great meals, get good sleep, and spend the days and evenings out running about. Al and Esther tended to all of our needs and questions immediately. They were amazing! We have adopted them as permanent caretakers!

With respect to the pool, neither the circulation pump nor the salt-water chlorination system were functioning properly during our stay. Although I followed the property owner’s instructions on how to operate the pump, the system did not maintain circulation or sanitation. By our second day at the property, the pool water was already turning green, indicating that the salt-generating system was not producing chlorine and the pool was not being properly filtered. The outdoor shower was also not functioning. As a result, the pool was not safe or suitable for swimming, rendering a major advertised amenity unusable throughout our stay.

It is unfortunate that the guest did not accept our offer for provision of pool care during their stay. This would have resulted in a different outcome. In addition, guest did not activate outdoor shower lever, beside outdoor faucet, to turn shower on. As a result, the shower was 'non-functioning'
