Friendly owner, George, has designed each part of the house in a way that it gives you feeling of modern and old cultural mixture of Georgian atmosphere. Flat is located in twelve floor brand new building in the touristic part of city center which is quiet, but also close to all entertainment attractions in Tbilisi.

Guests have an individual apartment to themselves. It includes a kitchen with all the necessary appliances and a dining area as well as a special relaxing room. Except for bed, there is comfortable folding sofa, which can accommodate your friends or family members.
