The 'House in Paradise' is located in the Nebrodi National Park of Sicily, can accommodate 4 people and consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is a large salon with an open fireplace next to the kitchen. The 1st Floor consists of two bedrooms and a small study. One bedroom has a double bed, the other 2 single beds. On each floor there is a bathroom with a shower or Bathtub. The bedrooms are equipped with both ceiling fans and air conditioning for pleasant nights.

Washing machine, dryer and dishwasher are available and can of course be used!

SAT TV Astra + Hotbird (German, English and Italian), internet connection, as well as dishwasher and washing machine and dryer are available!

The 20 sqm terrace with a view of the sea is directly followed by a 28 sqm swimming pool. Here you can enjoy the gigantic sunsets every evening. There is a permanently installed barbecue on the terrace.

Two Corratec mountain bikes with Shimano-XT gears are available for sporty guests.

The house and the outdoor facilities are not suitable for children under 6 years.

Amazing Sicily Stay

I stayed at this property for a week, the property was well placed to access all the areas of Sicily we planned to visit. The property not only has a great view, but it also has fantastic amenities, that allowed us to enjoy our time there even more. The host was very communicative and forthcoming with information for our stay. We would happily stay here again.

The setting of the house was spectacular - the scenery, views and peaceful surroundings made for a wonderful stay. The house itself was very comfortable with all the comforts. We preferred the location to being by the sea, which was still easy to get to, for example to take a boat tour of the Aeolian Islands. Host Walter gave very helpful directions, (essential really, be sure to print out his emails and notes) and recommendations for restaurants and sights. I wish we booked for longer than five nights!

Great property with stunning views overlooking the valley and the sea. Property had everything you could need, good kitchen, was clean, and had a great terrace to watch the amazing sunsets. Pool is a good size and very clean. The supermarket in the local village is well-stocked and the location is good for visiting Taormina, the Nebrodi park, and the Aeolian Islands. Walter is super-responsive to any query. Overall, thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful Views and quiet location!

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks as we drove around Sicily, and visited family in Calabria. This house, although difficult to get up to, was the perfect place to retreat to if you don’t want the chaos and hustle of a city. Also it was very hot (summer in Sicily!) and the pool was a wonderful way to refresh at the end of the day, and to pass a “villa day” where we enjoyed all day!

The Perfect Base Camp For A Trip To Sicily

My wife and I have lived and traveled abroad for decades. This was our first trip to Sicily. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Fantastic views. Watched the sunset every day. Lovely little mountain village. The home itself appears almost brand new and is in excellent repair. Very comfortable and well-maintained. Restaurants and supermarkets close by. The folks in the village of St. George were friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend this home highly enough. No negatives.

Belle maison en pierre dans un environnement calme, verdoyant et parfaitement entretenu ( orangers, citronniers, etc...).Logement très propre et bien équipée. Dommage que la piscine ne soit plus utilisable début octobre ( 17,6c) et sans doute en début de saison.Accès à la maison délicat avec un véhicule trop large ou surtout trop bas.Propriétaire réactif et précis.

Das Haus liegt mit traumhaftem Blick über die sanften Hügel des Nebrodigebirges bis zum Meer, unvergleichliche Sonnenuntergänge, Ruhe und eine von den negativen Einflüssen des Tourismus weitgehend verschonte Umgebung. Die Ausstattung ist über die Maßen komfortabel, es fehlt nichts.

Un p'tit coin de paradis entre mer et montagne

Superbe petite maison nichée entre mer et montagne. La maison est décorée avec goût et rien ne manque. Cadre exceptionnel, couchers de soleil à couper le souffle, calme absolu ! La piscine est bien chauffée. Jardin exceptionnel avec de superbes roses et agapanthes de fleurs ainsi que des citronniers, une vigne et un arbre à kiwi... :-) Merci beaucoup pour ce havre de paix, mais prévoir une voiture car ça grimpe sec pour arriver à la villa :-) Merci pour tout !

Außergewöhnlich schön - mehr als man erwarten kann

Ein Haus, wie man es für sich selbst bauen, einrichten und bewohnen würde. Alles (und noch viel mehr) drin, dran und drumherum, um komfortabel, geschmackvoll und luxuriös Urlaub zu machen. Ideal zum Entspannen

Ein wunderschön gelegenes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Es ist etwas abgelegen, was ideal ist, wenn man einen schönen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte, ein Mietwagen ist aber absolut notwendig! Das Haus befindet sich auf einer Höhe von ca. 650 Metern. Dadurch ist das Klima hier sehr angenehm, wenn es an der Küste heiß und schwül ist. Im September kann es aber abends schon recht kühl werden, weshalb man lange Hosen und Pullover nicht vergessen sollte! Die Aussicht von der Terrasse über den Pool (den man abends beleuchten kann) ist einfach nur fantastisch und man kann sich jeden Abend auf eindrucksvolle Sonnenuntergänge freuen! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, gerade auch an den Tagen, an denen wir einfach nur "zu Hause" geblieben sind!

Wunderschön und erholsam. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt, das Haus bietet alles an Annehmlichkeiten. Wir haben die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sehr genossen. Urlaub de luxe 2.0

Bereits zum zweiten Mal, durften wir drei wundervolle Wochen lang unseren Urlaub in der Casa nel Paradiso verbringen. Wie bereits im letzten Jahr, waren unsere Erfahrungen von der Buchung, über die Vorabinformationen, bishin zum Aufenthalt und der Abreise, fabelhaft und tadellos. Herr Borghs ist der perfekte Gastgeber. Mehr als wir hier genießen durften, kann man sich nicht wünschen. Wer, wie wir, Abgeschiedenheit, Ruhe und Erholung vom stressigen Alltag sucht, ist hier perfekt aufgehoben. Natürlich eignet sich die Casa auch wunderbar als Basis für Ausflüge zum Strand, zur Erkundung des Nebrodi Nationalparks und auch der Ätna ist nicht allzu weit. Es muss erwähnt werden, dass ein Auto quasi unverzichtbar ist. Dies gilt für die erwähnten Ausflugsmöglichkeiten als auch für die Erledigung der alltäglichen Besorgungen. Wir bedanken uns von Herzen für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub und freuen uns definitiv schon heute auf unsere Wiederkehr.
