Visiting Family in Jefferson

We needed a home base for visiting some family in the Jefferson area. This property exceeded our expectations. Great property, well maintained, great owner. This is definitely a book marked property for us!

Great Place to relax and unwind!! Quiet country setting, very clean. Amazing Stay

We loved every second staying here. Very clean. Country setting, exetremy clean. Had everything you need to stay comfortably. Also the pool table/games were really fun. Loved the decor, jute Box. We love this place. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Great weekend at the farm. Fulfilled my farm fantasy with alpaca and highland cows, peacocks a pig, goats donkeys and a sheep. Celebrated my husbands 70th birthday with family and cooked s’mores that night around the fire. Hot tub in the cool morning and watched the farm wake up! Will be back! Don’t miss the country store on site!

Outstanding

This property had everything we wanted. The back porch with the hot tub and tv were our favorite. We were able to watch all the animals which was really fun. The inside was very clean and nice.

Best family trip on a serene farm!

What an amazing experience on this serene farm. The hosts were amazing, the renovated barn was equipped with everything we could have wanted and more! Our host took us on a tour of the farm and introduced us to all of their sweet animals, who are so well loved and cared for. We felt so welcome, safe and comfortable. Any questions or requests we had were responded to right away. We could not have picked a better place to spend our extended weekend for our daughter’s graduation from UGA! This was just the icing on the cake for us! We will definitely be coming back!!

We enjoyed the stay very much, as did our adult children. Unique stay in a very fun, well-equipped but old-timey eclectic environment with a menagerie of farm animals on site making this vrbo visit unlike any we have ever experienced. Tremendous attention to detail in decorating the barn with many very unusual and interesting decor pieces. Great host, works very hard on site & is very responsive to any need. Not a reclusive site, come prepared for farm livestock activities and local community involvement in produce stand and animal interaction. Site is very alive for full day but barn vrbo rental is isolated just enough for privacy and quiet so site activity was not obtrusive to our enjoyment. The hosts were very personable and we could tell they have put much time, effort, and love into the rental and grounds. Well-cooled interior in spite of summer heat above 90, comfortable seating areas, excellent beds/mattresses and modern master bath. Upstairs is great get-away spot for younger family members or even our older kids. Thank you for your hospitality!

the farm house exceeded all spectations as did the farm! our family loved every minute we were there. the beds are comfortable, bathrooms are great. it was so clean inside the house and the porches and grounds. excellent place for all ages. something for everyone! picked flowers, fed the animals, shopped in the country store bought lots of fresh veggies and fruit. Kaysie is so nice to talk to and work with Teddy loved Izzie so they had a great play day. this a a 10 out of 10 property.

Great Getaway

The barn was so pretty. The property and animals kept my daughter busy the entire time. The owner was very friendly and communicated well. Everything we needed was supplied and of top quality.

Comfortable, Clean, Rustic, Welcoming Place to Stay!!

Home is clean & comfortable. Place makes you feel refreshed and right at home with so many antiques! I can spend hours just looking at the creative decor. Hot Tub was relaxing and we loved the view. Property owners are always reachable and helpful. This is the only place I will ever stay when in this area.

Pretty as a Peacock

Everything you could ask for in this incredible destination! Warm and inviting yet surrounded by rustic farmhouse antiques in this idyllic country setting. The lodging was only surpassed by the warm and welcoming presence of the owners. We will be back again. Thank you for everything.
