I was born in Sri Lanka and currently living in NZ with my family. I was a lecturer in Sri Lanka and my wife is a Quantity surveyor working in New Zealand. Our two sons are studying in New Zealand.
Why they chose this property
We decided to convert our own house into a Villa because we wanted to maintain our house in good condition as much as we can. Also, we wanted to serve our house to travelers to make them comfortable while they spend their time in lover loving country Sri Lanka.
What makes this property unique
We love this house very much because of its location and surroundings create a great calm and quiet feeling and its garden consist of trees, plants and ponds invite so many birds which make us happy. The building architecture is also very attractive. black, gray and white colour theme and wooden finishes give a smart and tidy look to the entire house. Double height walls provide good air circulation and cold atmosphere within the house.
