1 Bedroom with queen bed, 1 couch hideaway bed and one twin bed. Sit on the deck to see the Northern Lights or watch the moose walk along the ridge. This home is prefect for a couples get away or for a family of 3 or 4. Just minutes away from downtown Eagle River and less than 15 miles from Anchorage. This property has lots of parking available and is easy to access. Come enjoy all Alaska has to offer. Also ask me about my rental car availability.

Convenient location with wifi!!

My family loves staying here everytime we come to visit our mother in Chugiak. The location of this property is perfect for us and it has wifi which is hard to find place that provides this near my mother's remote area. Codie is an excellent host and very responsible. We plan to come back again in early May.

Quiet and Relaxing Stay

Codie is a great host, easy to talk to and very welcoming. We were visiting my mother up in Eklutna and Codie's place was a convenient location to everything we needed. We're new to VRBO and are very happy we chose such a great place to stay. Thanks Codie for your hospitality. We plan to visit again soon. .

Beautiful scenery.

Condo is close to town, but out of town. The view from the back windows is great, a green mountain. Large kitchen, washer/dryer, plenty of staples in the pantry. We would definitely stay here again. Codie was friendly and quick to respond.
