About this property

Blue Pine Cone - Modern Townhome Close to Bozeman

Beautiful townhome with walking trails and Bridger Creek a ½ block away

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Located in the "Legends at Bridger Creek" neighborhood on Bozeman’s northeast side, this well-appointed three bedroom, two and a half bath home has a lovely front patio and two balconies. It enjoys mountain views and is located just two miles from downtown Bozeman. Trails for hiking and biking, a park, Bridger Creek, and golfing are located within blocks. A short drive up beautiful Bridger Canyon brings you to Bridger Bowl ski area and Crosscut Cross-Country Skiing for nordic skiing.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: The master suite is privately located on the main level. It has a king bed, 40” television, large walk-in closet, and ensuite bath with two sinks, a soaking tub, and a large walk-in dual- headed shower. There is an additional half-bath on the main level. Two bedrooms and one full bath are upstairs. The Glacier Room has a queen bed and an east facing balcony with Bridger views. Two extra-long twin beds are located in the Teton Room which has a west facing balcony with distant views of the Spanish Peaks. Each bedroom has two luggage racks, a ceiling fan, and lamps with outlets for charging your devices.

KITCHEN/DINING AREA: The well-appointed kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a gas range, granite countertops, a nice selection of small appliances and cookware. An open layout has room for multiple cooks. The dining area along with a table for six is adjacent to the kitchen and living room. The kitchen’s bar counter seats four more. Lastly, there is a gas grill and seating on the front patio.

LIVING ROOM: Natural light fills the beautiful living room. There is a gas-fired stone fireplace, a large television, a selection of DVD’s, and cable service. A cabinet houses a variety of games, puzzles, books and area information. A small adjacent room is perfect for games and puzzles.

SETTING: Blue Pine Cone is within the beautiful new Legends at Bridger Creek neighborhood at the edge of Bozeman. The developers did a great job linking the property into our community trail system (perfect for walking, biking and even cross-country skiing) making it an attractive neighborhood.

TOWN/AIRPORT: You are 2 miles from Bozeman’s Main Street and a 10 mile drive from Bozeman’s Gallatin Field Airport.

ADDITIONAL INFO: There is a landline phone at the home for guests to use and cell phone service should also be excellent. The home has a nice laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. Guests have use of the two-car garage with a 93" clearance perfect if you have a cargo carrier on your vehicle. The townhome has no stair access in the front and back to the main level for those with limited mobility.

NEARBY ACTIVITIES: Besides hiking, biking and skiing on “your” trails, you are just across the road from Bridger Creek Golf Course, the best public course in Bozeman. You’re just 14 miles from Bridger Bowl Ski Area and a few more from Crosscut Cross-Country Ski Area. There is fishing on the nearby East Gallatin and main Gallatin Rivers, horseback riding, rafting, and everything that the fun town of Bozeman has to offer. Be sure to check out Yellowstone National Park that is about 70 miles away!

Great space for families
We enjoyed our stay while on a college visit for one of our kids. The home was well stocked with all necessities. It was disappointing that the hvac system was unable to filter the air. This home has radiant heat. Anyone with allergies or asthma may struggle staying here. (The only way to cool or air out the home is by opening the windows) The temperature takes time to adjust and upstairs gets fairly warm. Even with windows open the home did not cool enough to sleep comfortably. It was very windy and rained therefore we could not leave all windows open all night. We live in the northwest and still have ac for comfort and filtering of poor air quality when needed. Overall, we had a decent stay and it was more comfortable than a hotel for a family of 5.
