About this property

Condo is directly on the beach on the western end of the 2nd floor, allowing guests to enjoy not only the gulf front view, but also gorgeous views of the beach as it stretches westward. Enjoy the view through the extra-large glass doors that maximize the beach view from inside the condo living area, the master bedroom and even the kitchen sink. The spacious balcony has comfortable seating for 8-10. The condo complex has private beach access, secure gated parking, 2 pools, outside shower, elevators, and two charcoal bbq areas are located on either end of the pools.
Professionally decorated totally upscale with original artwork. 40”flat screen tv with dvd player in master with king sized bed and private bath. 2nd bedroom has 2 full sized beds, a 32" tv and dvd player. Living area has 45” flat screen tv, dvd player, comfortable seating for 8 and a full sized sleeper sofa. Relax and enjoy the many activities available sugar white sandy beach, bicycling, fishing, bird watching and visiting historical fort Gaines. The unit is available for a min. of 3 days,Sorry but no long term lease.

Great location!

This condo was in the perfect location! Right by everything. Gift shops, bakeries, restaurants, it was right in the middle of and right off the beach. We loved it!

We had a wonderful stay. Only a little disappointed in view. Nothing host can do about it. Palm trees blocked most the view to gulf. Condo was nice. Beds comfy. Would stay here again.

Great location. Easy parking and access to the unit. The view is not a million dollar view. In fact, the majority of the view is largely obstructed by palm trees. If you look off at a 45 degree angle, you can see the beach and water, but the view out front is completely obstructed. The unit itself is ok. Typical tile floor. The furniture is not comfortable at all and the couch has some stains. The beds were fine. The kitchen is ok, but the utensils are a potpourri of random assorted items. The trash chute is located right outside and up a couple of stairs, so that was good. Do not rely on their cart and beach items. Strongly advise that you bring your own things, which we did so no worries. The outdoor bbq for the building is located right in front of the balcony, fyi. Beach access is excellent and it is a great beach. They offer a wash station to get the sand off when you return, which was a nice touch. All in all, an average rental.

Spectacular week

The sunrise and sunsets are breathtaking. Condo is a great size, location is great and washer/dryer is a plus. The wagon is a life saver as we’re unused to the longer walk to the beach. Great time!

Why they chose this property

This condo is the only elevated corner unit at The Inn at Dauphin Island that is available for rental. The view of the sunset is amazing from this condo. The view is incredible from inside the condo as well as on the balcony. Only a corner unit condo has a view from the side window. If you are stuck in the kitchen you can enjoy the view of the water from the side window.

What makes this property unique

A great view of the gulf. This condo is professionally decorated with original art work and tasteful decor. The beds in the condo are comfortable. The sheets are 100%cotton. Sorry but no long term lease.
