We enjoyed each having a bedroom of our own. Mother and two adult children on a Road Trip to Waco !

Very clean but Needs some updates and amenities!

The kitchen was very sparsely equipped...not many utensils at all and only 4 each of plates, bowls, etc. No dish towels. No wine glasses or wine bottle opener. Half of the lights above kitchen sink were out. Towels need to be replaced with new ones, especially the wash clothes...they were dingy gray. The beds were ok but very, very firm. Just needs a little TLC and personalization. A welcome letter would of been nice along with check out procedure instead of getting an email the night of check out. Host was prompt in replying and the condo is in a good location to get around Waco. Not what I expected for the price though.

In our travels we have stayed in every accommodation you can a house made of salt in the Salt Flats of Bolivia, to hostels overseeing the South Atlantic Ocean in Brazil, to sleeping in Hammocks in the Amazon Rain Forest. Over the years we learned that simplicity is beautiful and a decluttered space can be liberating.
We enjoy hosting guests and providing a vibrant, clutter free and affordable space to those visiting our friendly town.

I purchased this property in 2015 as my primary home. Since then, life has taken me to many places and now we offer it as homey alternative to those visiting us in Waco.
