Breakers Beach House #1 - Meredith Lodging

Relax and unwind in this newly-remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with all the amenities you need for a great stay at the beach. With beach access just to the left of your private deck, chairs and picnic table and easy views to the sand, spending time outdoors is irresistible. You’ll enjoy the outdoors inside, too, thanks to large ocean-view windows in the living area and from all three bedrooms. The king bedroom surrounds you with light from a second south-facing window, with fantastic views of Cascade Head and Proposal Rock, and one of the queen bedrooms includes an extra set of bunk beds. The bright and cheery downstairs living area includes roomy sofas, an electric fireplace, games, and a Smart TV. The dining table seats 8, and a large mirror over the table brings ocean light into the well-equipped kitchen. You can even grill up your catch of the day outdoors on the community barbecue while your kids play on the playground. Enjoy a refreshing, rejuvenating stay in this wonderful ocean-front home!

We had a fantastic stay in Neskowin. Perfect beach access and sand right out front for kids to play. Wonderful to walk through town with easy access to local restaurant and store. Highly recommend a stay here.

Beachy Getaway

Very nice beach front property in a terrifically quiet community. It was a perfect stay and would recommend the property with no reservations at all. We hope to be back again and to stay longer on the next visit!

Amazing view, charming cottage

This rental has the best Oceanview I've ever experienced with a rental. Beautifully appointed inside, and sooo comfortable and relaxing. Just steps away from beach and proposal rock. All rooms have a view! Cant wait to book again.

Beautiful Beachfront!

We had 5 adults and 2 dogs and the space was perfect. The kitchen was a bit small, but we didn't do much cooking so it wasn't a problem. The location is great and beach access very easy and about 1 minute walk. Would definitely stay in this home again.

Beautiful property

This property was immaculate… the decor was tasteful..not fussy. Super easy to work with and communicate with management. The location was awesome! So fun to watch the ocean and storms… out of the cold and wind.Pretty perfect.

Beach getaway

This location was a great it has direct beach access and the views were amazing! Neskowin is a beautiful little community and this home is an easy 5min walk to a store with yummy cinnamon rolls and other pastries and food. This home had everything we needed plenty of space for the 5 of us and kids loved the play ground right in front.

Wish we could stay forever

Gorgeous property. Pictures do not do it justice. The interior is spectacular. Beautiful. Clean. The view is amazing. We left the windows open and fell asleep.to the waves. Each room has a view. Just beautiful

Long weekend with friends

My husband and I with our two pups joined friends in an adjacent unit for a long weekend. The house was so comfortable and just the pawfect beach house for us. We spent hours each morning walking the beach, relaxing afternoons on the porch or walking the village. We look forward to a return trip.

Very relaxing beach front house

This was an amazing spot, wish we could have stayed longer. Very relaxing deck, listening to the ocean. This was part of our honeymoon and we appreciated the personal touch of a wine bottle to celebrate when we arrived. Main bedroom has an awesome view of the ocean. My only suggestion would be having a source of filtered water - like those on fridges.

Beating the heat in Neskowin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the thermometer in the valley bounced around 100, we enjoyed beautiful misty mornings and mild afternoons at the beach. The Breakers is a great homebase for our yearly family reunion; golfing, kayaking, hiking and beachcombing make for wonderful memories.

House was well-appointed with everything we needed (except for laundry, but since we were only there 3 days it wasn't a problem). Location was awesome - a quick walk down to the beautiful beach. Beautiful views from the deck, the house itself and two of the upstairs bedrooms. It was very relaxing and peaceful. We would definitely stay there again.

Love Neskowin

What a treat to wake up to about 3 inches of snow. I lived just north of here in the 70’s and a year in ‘97 and love to visit the coast from Sisters, but I’ve never seen this much snow. We had to go north to Hebo to get home because of some downed trees just south of town. You guys had more snow than central Oregon 😲
