A beautifully constructed building at the base of Crested Butte Mountain. This property is well-appointed and located just 70 yards from the slopes, base area shops, and restaurants, as well as the transit center. Enjoy additional amenities like an outdoor communal hot tub and grill, free Wi-Fi, and parking for 2. Private 1-car garage parking with 1 additional permit for an outdoor spot.

This 3 bedroom, 3 full bath condominium is newly built and furnished with an unparalleled location and penthouse views. Commanding entrance with floor-to-ceiling mantle accentuating the cozy gas fireplace in the living room. Rich dining room with seating for six next to the modernly designed and fully stocked kitchen. A wrap-around balcony with breathtaking views can be accessed from the dining room, living room, and queen guest bedroom. Luxurious king master ensuite with a flat-screen TV, in-room gas fireplace and master bathroom are ensuite. The two additional guest rooms are complimented with plush queen beds, built-in closets, and full ensuite bathrooms. Convenient washroom with stackable washer and dryer. This one-level condo is located on the fourth floor. There is no elevator, so please note this when considering the property. Private 1-car garage parking with 1 additional permit for an outdoor spot. Trailer parking is not allowed on the property.

The FREE Mountain Express Shuttle runs year-round for transportation to and from the Town of Crested Butte and surrounding areas. Crested Mountain North is within close walking distance of the main transit center. The summer schedule runs every 20 minutes; the winter schedule runs every 15 minutes; the shoulder season every 40 minutes.

Crested Butte Lodging & Property Management offers additional services for our guests that others may not. Upon your arrival, you’ll find that we supply all linens, towels, and paper goods. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, starter shower kits, coffee packets with powder creamer and sugar, kitchen towels, dish sponges, dish soap, and dish detergent. We also provide towel and trash services for our paying guests every other day. For additional service requests, please contact our office.

Top Notch Condo

Great location…Great condo that has almost everything you need. I would book this place again in a heartbeat. Our 2025 family ski trip was such a blast. Can’t wait till next year!

Beautiful place to stay outside and inside.

The pictures show how nice of a place this is, but not how this placed has everything you can need in it. A kitchen stocked with so much a chef would be impressed. Super comfy beds. Pretty much anything you think you might need they had tucked away somewhere.

Happy in Crested Butte

This condo was a 10! We loved it. Beautifully redone with new, super high end appliances, comfortable beds and bedding, warm gas fireplaces and an awesome deck to sit on! We were there as a family of 5 with our 3 teenage children. It had everything we needed:) We would definitely book this again!

Bright & Airy Modern Condo

Short walk to the Red Lady lift (3-4 minutes), and easy direct ski in at the end of the day off of Houston (easy enough for my 8 year old beginner skier to handle). Comfortable beds, lovely views, and a great, well-stocked kitchen. Bathrooms were also well stocked with soap, shampoo, etc. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Management company responded promptly when we had a minor hiccup with checkin (that was admittedly my fault).

Great condo - exactly as advertised

This was a beautiful condo and exceptionally well-equipped. Loved all the high-end finishes. We had an issue with the lock on the ski locker, but management was very responsive and sent someone over to fix it in 15 minutes. For anyone considering this property, the stairs will be an issue if you're out of shape and not used to the altitude. If that's not a concern, then you will have no regrets booking this condo!

The one nuance to take into account is the 54 steps to the unit. No elevator in the building so getting groceries, equipment and luggage upstairs could be a challenge. Once there, it is really nice.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook nice dinners, including pots, pans, a good selection of kitchen gadgets and basic pantry items. It's a 5 minute walk to the chairlifts and the Crested Butte base with shops and some basic restaurants, liquor and convenience stores. The bus stop is also right there, a ten minute ride into the town with more restaurant options. No need for a car.As the description mentions, it is up four flights of stairs which gave us a good workout on move-in day with groceries, but was fine after that.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property interior was very nice. Would not recommend this building to anyone due to lack of elevator. It’s too difficult to haul groceries and gear up and down three floor walk up. The noise surrounding the building from other properties is ridiculous at night. Parties at the pool at the Grand Lodge went on till midnight every night. We left a day early.

This is not a ski in/ski out property and has no elevator

I booked this property as a specific ski in/ski out but was misrepresented. One has to walk to the lifts and skiing back to the property is really not realistic for 90% of skiers. The other huge issue is that one has to carry all one's luggage to the 4th floor - no elevators. Since we had an elderly guest, it was a struggle each time we returned to the condo. The hot tub had a gross corral film around the edge. Disappointing as the ski situation and elevator curtailed our guests visit. Condo itself is very nice.

In the description it does say that there is a 70 yard walk (just across a parking lot) to reach the slopes. It is an intermediate ski-in. The condo is located on the fourth floor, there is no elevator, but the views are amazing and the condo is very nice. We are sad to hear that this condo did not fit your needs; we hope that you take a look at some of other properties that may be a better fit for a future visit.

Beautiful But Not As Advertised

Reviewer Comments: While the property was beautiful, it was not as advertised, which placed my family in a 5-day predicament that led to a negative experience. No where on the website/condo description was there any mention of not having an elevator for this 4th story unit. My mother-in-law is not in great health, so this situation made it so that she barely left the unit because she couldn't do the up and down on those steep stairs, severely affecting the enjoyment of the rest of the family as we all wanted to enjoy what the town of Crested Butte had to offer. If there is anything you can do to address this relative to compensation, it would go a long way, given the severely affected family week. This was our first-ever family trip to the Rocky Mountains.
