About this property

An amazing holiday home in the heart of Guatapé (El Peñol), overlooking the lake with its own water access. A large deck wraps around the front and side of the villa offering stunning panoramic views of the lake and the famous Rock / Piedra El Peñol. The Villa has 3 spacious bedrooms with beds to accommodate 14 people (plus 4 single floor mattresses), 3 bathrooms with showers, and open plan kitchen, dinning and sitting room areas. Pool (above ground) and Private parking available on site.

After 40 years of living and working abroad, I finally returned home to retire and build my dream holiday home in Guatapé. I am pleased to welcome guests to enjoy this fantastic property and the scenic and mesmerising views, unique only to this part of the world.

I believe this is visually one of the most incredible places of Colombia and possibly South America.
