Beautifully furnished and equipped 3 bed 2 bath home in a great neighborhood

Spanish style home in the heart of Midland. 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1 car garage and fully equipped and available for short or long term rental. Longer term rentals at a well reduced rate. Home is close to shopping, cleaners, gym and 6 restaurants. Excellent schools. There is a nice walking park and also a park for children to play only 3 blocks away. This has everything you need. One room has a queen bed, 2nd room with a queen bed, 3rd room with a twin bed and baby bed, There is a small backyard.

The house is great!

The house was very cleans and cozy. Guy (property owner) was very quick to reply with any questions we had and would still check on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Highly recommend staying here.

It was nice to have a place to call home while in Midland. The location was good, close to everything a person would need in a safe area. The floor plan of the house was really good and so was the decor.

We enjoyed our stay. Easy check in, house was clean, only issue we had was the guest bathroom shower faucet was a pull to turn on and was extremely hard to pull to the on position. Everything else was great.

Enjoyed the area. The premium Museum is excellent. Stonehenge replica and Meteor Crater worth stops. Guy place is nice, our group appreciated it. Only downside was the mattresses should probably be updated. Liked the living area a lot.

Convenient and clean

Very convenient location to all of Midland. 20 min from the airport. Very clean with new dishwasher, clothes washer, refrigerator and outside grill. Host very easy to work with. Clean and comfortable.

Nice home away from home.

In Midland for a week on business. This home is very comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed walking in the evening after work. We had three people staying and there was plenty of room.
