About this property

Relax in beautiful and quiet Scottsdale condo. Heated pool/hot tub

We also own the condo right next door to this one and you can book both if traveling with families. Link to the other one for booking is Vrbo1397382

Thank you for considering our condo for your Arizona stay. The Silverado Golf Course is course is really close so while the golfers are off chasing that little white ball around, we go to the mall; it’s also really close. When we hang out together we go bike riding; there is a really great bike path practically right out the front door.

After the bike ride we enjoy a refreshing dip in the resort style pool….ahhh, this is the life! Our condo has 1 king size bed in the main bedroom, 1 queen size bed in the second bedroom and a sofa bed / pull out couch in the living room. Our standard rate is for 6 adults with a small incremental fee for additional approved guests.

We are located in a gated community where you can relax and put your feet up. Sit out on the balcony after the hard day of golfing, bike riding, swimming and shopping and enjoy watching your neighbors in the pool.

We love Arizona and we hope you enjoy your stay in our home as much as we enjoy it when we are there. The golfing is great, the shopping is excellent and the weather is perfect. Just what you were hoping for!

Quiet condo in a convenient area

We enjoyed the area and the gated quiet condo. The parking close to the elevator was very convenient. Overall the property was clean and well appointed; however, there were several items that needed attention. The instructions for the wifi were inaccurate and the guest manual needs to be updated. Most importantly, the vertical blinds (missing slats) and blinds did not provide a dark sleeping environment as the pool lights and front door walkway lights were on all night.

Very Wonderful Experience

You will find working with the owners of this property very wonderful! Very friendly and warm. We were just minutes away from great restaurants, golf, and sites to see. And it was sunny the whole time. A real blessing compared to MI this time of year. I don't have a single complaint about our experience. So great that we will use them again next winter. We enjoyed our stay and the location. We were moving my son into ASU. Everything was very nice about it with the exception of the smoke detectors being inoperable and needing attention and perhaps a little new paint. I would still highly recommend it. Having the nice pool and Jacuzzi nearby was also a plus.

Scottsdale cozy condo

This condo was comfortable for 3 adults and easily accommodated a visit from our kids that live near by. Location was central to everything and we loved walking the various paths nearby. Kitchen had all cooking utensils and was easy to navigate. Beds were comfortable and the water pressure in showers was amazing. My only suggestion would be to have towels hanging in baths with a personal size shampoo, body wash, lotion and have a bottle of kitchen cleaner in kitchen.

Condo was as described and check in and out was easy. The only thing I would suggest is that the A/C be turned on at least a couple hours before someone arrives. When we checked in to the condo it was 98 degrees in the condo and took almost all night for it to get to a comfortable temperature.
