Come and enjoy your desert vacation home in our open Acacia model home. Home is 1440 square feet of tastefully decorated with super plush and comfy furniture, stainless steel appliances, granite kitchen counters, custom backsplash, tile flooring throughout the house with plush area rugs in the right places.

See all the games or your favorite movies on 65" 4k HDTV that sits on top of a beautiful console with electric fireplace that has 5 color choices and can heat the entire room if you want. And plenty of seating around the kitchen counter or dining table area.

The Office 'center' area is equipped with high-speed wireless internet in case you need to take care of some business or just having fun computer time.

Each bedroom has super comfy Sealy and/or Serta queen beds. Master shower is remodeled. Master walk-in closet is more than spacious for all of your stuff!

Our home sits on a true North / South exposure to provide a comfortable morning or evening setting. A covered patio with extended deck that has 'Kool Decking' Sit makes sitting on the new cushioned patio set and dining set to enjoy your morning coffee, or drinks and meals with friends. If you enjoy barbequeing, there is a Charbroil bbq for you master bbq chefs. And the back yard sits back from the street, with no rear neighbors !

The house is just 2 blocks from Granite Falls Golf course, CVS and banking, Remington / Adobe Center is just another block past that, very convenient location!! And very easy access to Bell Road, Hwy 303 and Grand Avenue too. The new Prasada center is just a few minutes away as well - many new dining choices, Costco and shopping.

Great Surprise

The owner of the property, Daniel, made check-in super easy, and we were able to get in four hours early on our arrival day. Daniel was extremely pleasant and responsive. The place was clean and the house had everything you would want. This was my first time using VRBO, and everything worked out perfectly for my wife and I.

Lovely snowbird adventure

We enjoyed our time at the Grand -- lots of golf and pickleball. The house worked very well for us; great location and Dan was a terrific host. We caused some damage to the garage door and he was very easy to deal with --- helped us get it fixed asap. We had a problem with the shower handle and Dan arranged for a plumber immediately.

This home is very conveniently located, just a few blocks from the Adobe Center, (2) Granite Falls golf courses and The Falls restaurant, Desert Springs golf cours, banking and CVS. Easy access to Bell Road or Grand Avenue and Hwy 303.

What makes this property unique

Custom decorated in every room. Very comfortable beds with 'My Pillows', Wansetta blankets and cozy comforters, new higher count sheets and linens. Interior has been completely painted. Large great room with new ceiling fans, dining room set with custom wall sconces and accessories. Patio furniture group and 2 chaise lounges to enjoy your morning coffee or meals. BBQ for you Grill Masters!! Very relaxing spaces, a resort home for your Sun City Grand stay!
