What do I need to do to confirm my booking?
To confirm the booking, we kindly request that all adult guests provide a copy of their driver's licenses and submit a booking deposit. Once we receive all the required documents and deposit, the booking will be confirmed.
Do I need to pay a bond? Yes, a security deposit (bond) will be required on booking of $500. Keys will not be issued unless credit card details have been provided as a surety procedure. Management reserves the right to increase the bond to $1000 in some instances.
If the government orders a lock down during my scheduled travel dates, what will happen to the payments I made for my booking?
If the government imposes a lock down during your scheduled travel dates, we will provide two options: a full refund (excluding the booking fee) or the opportunity to reschedule your booking. Please note that rescheduling may come with an additional fee. We will discuss these options with you should the need arise.
If I choose to cancel my booking due to concerns about recent COVID-19 outbreaks, what would be the outcome?
If you choose to cancel your booking, the standard terms and conditions will be applicable. You can access our terms and conditions by visiting and selecting the 'Rent' tab.

What will occur if the owner decides to cancel my reservation?
We understand that owner cancellations can be unsettling, but please be aware that properties are individually owned and may need to be cancelled due to repairs, modifications, or to protect the community's well-being.
In the event that we cancel the booking, you will receive a full refund excluding the booking fee.
