Villa Verde is a generously and tastefully furnished villa offers stunning views of the Andaman Sea with islands such as. B. Koh Phi Phi and beautiful sunset. In a very quiet location, but only 5 minutes from Pra Ae / Long Beach with a great beach. The villa offers two bedrooms and modern kitchen with sea view, large living room and large private terrace with Jacuzzi. The living area is about 100 m² and 70 m² terrace. A POOL with counter current system can be used in the House behind it. Spacious living room with breakfast bar to the kitchen. With bluetooth hifi sound system and fiberglass high speed internet.

Why they chose this property

Villa Verde is located in the vicinity of Long Beach, but 1.5 km away from crowded places and located very quiet at half height very well in the tourist centre of Koh Lanta. The very beautiful Expat settlement is particularly quiet and secure.
Daily purchases are quickly done in the environment and there are a number of good affordable restaurant nearby. Due to the altitude of the sea is very nice, the humidity lower and there are fewer mosquitoes than on the beach.
